Housekeeping is poor.

Front desk staff were great.

Cons:

While my reservation with Booking.com and the staff at Super 8 have been great, my rooms were not. The first room I was given was not made up at all and the second room when I pulled open the sheets, I found the sheets soiled and slept in. The front desk was already closed for the night, luckily the second bed was fine. I talked to the front desk this morning, they said to ask for a refund through booking.com and it would be approved.

A budget motel from which to explore the Black Hills for a day or so.
Pros:

Located within an easy walk of local restaurants, which were mostly open despite it being off season. It is a 20 minute drive to Mt Rushmore.

Cons:

The rooms are basic, though there was a microwave. The indoor pool was not very enticing. Breakfast was free though very basic.
