Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Have stayed at Lochside Hotel previously.
This time we were
kindly offered an upgrade, which was amazing 😲
Emma on reception was particularly nice, and even helped us with our luggage.
Thank you again Emma!
Room was immaculate, with top grade cleanliness and quality.
Grounds, lounge and dining areas were particularly relaxing.
Staff who served us evening meal and breakfast... 10/10.
Unfortunately, due to medical reasons we chose not to use the spa.

Cons:

No complaints, apart from technical lighting system, which we eventually got our head round... lol 😆

(Getting too old for modern technology) 😅

Fabulous stay in the Cygnet Suite. Food was lovely. All the staff were lovely & friendly.

글라스고에서 한 시간 떨어진 외곽이지만 너무 훌륭한 시설과 풍경. 음식도 넘 좋았어요.

Beautiful hotel but breakfast let it down.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast was disappointing. Combination of both cold and some over cooked items which were greasy and tasteless. However the duty manager assured me that she would look into my points and apologised and thanked me for my feedback.

Wished we could have stayed longer. That view over the loch ❤️🥰🥰
Pros:

We loved the whole place. Due to our flight being cancelled we arrived late and then had to leave early to get on a new flight. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
We will definitely be back with family or friends next time.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy. The food was exceptional. We sat in the bar for a couple of hours to have some drinks and the atmosphere was lovely. Staff so friendly and no ask is too much. Perfect overnight stay and exactly what we needed

Te hoge prijs voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt.
Cons:

Werd niet echt hartelijk ontvangen. Wellicht reageert niet al het personeel koeltjes, maar dit viel echt op. Er was één ober die wel een praatje wilde maken.
