Excellent location in the countryside and the grounds are immaculately kept. The garden view room was comfortable. The staff were efficient and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice.
The grounds were so neat and well kept, reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful, we had a bit of a crisis and had to send off various documents and staff obliged and saved the day.
Our executive room was modern with a lovely view.
Spa changing area could be a little bigger.

Presentation of the room on initial view looked untidy.

Lovely setting overlooking loch and hills beyond. Modern well appointed hotel with stylish rooms. Very convenient for visit to Dumfries House.
Inadequate noise insulation from wedding noise
