Beautiful, neat and tidy
The WhatsApp service, delayed reply or none at all. Was not told about the QR scanning on arrival

Breakfast the first morning was nice. The take away the next morning was a waste . Not impressed. The fruit was old and all the left overs. The muffin was 20 years old and the bread sandwich was wet and real bad. Overall not impressed with the take away.
If the stuff was fresh then that was already a major improvement. Put a banana or a apple in not all the old cut up fruit, Why not toast the bread and make a nice toasted sandwich. I get the impression that they just make the breakfast without any love compare to the wonder full breakfast the first morning. We had to leave early because of our flight.
Great location by the mall. Staff were so friendly (Bessy from reception was so lovely). Rooms were so clean and comfortable. They also provided me with a birthday cake! Really enjoyed my stay here!

Everything was awesome
Im sad of the white blanket with cover not clean from Friday night and Saturday night made me flu and cough maybe it was not change to be replaced a king blanket. I was in hospital last Tuesday until today I am discharged.
