Breakfast and dinner were great

Cons:

Shower was blocked the whole bathroom flooded, room wasn't cleaned when we got back at 13h00. No clean cups for coffee or glasses

My stay was good apart from lack of hot water, the showers are cold.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful very clean.

Cons:

My only issue is hot water, I booked 3 times and it’s hard to get hot water to bath it’s winter they need to do something about this please.

It is convenient with basic amenities well met at a competitive price.
Pros:

The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to a convenience center and filling station. Also has great access to Sandton center and connectivity eg. Gautrain transport networks

Cons:

The breakfast variety was limited with few protein options . The access door to the other room was not closed or locked .
