Great location for the Carnival port

Cons:

The guest above us kept running around the room at all hours of the night. The floors were very dirty we walked barefooted after a shower and our feet turned black.

After arrival, the PARTYNEXTDOOR became drunken and loud and partied till after midnight went down the next morning and asked for my two other days refund and they told me I had to talk to you. I tried to talk to you and I didn’t get anywhere. I went back that night, thinking they had already canceled me and they said that they had canceled the two nights, but I had to talk to you for a refund.

Pros:

Breakfast? I think we might be considering different hotels. Lobby coffee only

The room was clean

Cons:

There cockroach 🪳 on the walls there was a flat sheet where you were supposed to put a fitted sheet and when you ask for the $50 deposit back they tell you you have to wait 30 days even if it's in cash we do not live down there so we have to turn around in 30 days and go back to get our deposit which makes zero sense probably will not stay there ever again and I don't remember motel 6 charging a $50 dog deposit

Pros:

Staff was friendly. Check in was quick and simple. Because I was traveling with my best friend and SIX xhildren, we were slightly late checking out and the staff was undestanding which I truly appreciate. There was no deposit and for this reason I find this spot to be a great value and it is close to many food options which is also convenient. The room itself was modern and the vanity nirror had good lighting. There was also a small dining table with seating which I thought was a nice touch.

Cons:

The microwave smelled of Indian food and the floors could have been cleaner. My kids' feet got dirty from being barefoot in the room so it would be nice to not have that happen but no major complaints honestly.
