Nice location, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. We only saw two handicap parking spots provided at the door level.
Pros:

Clean, quiet rooms.

Cons:

Booking.com provided a total cost for a two night stay that included all taxes. However, I was charged about 5% more than the total given by Booking.com.

Pros:

I liked the location and that it was across from shopping. I also liked the breakfast and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Cons:

Wonderful experience at a great hotel
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel! The room was clean. The shower was one of the best showers in any hotel we have ever stayed at! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

We spent time in the outdoor area playing Yahtzee and it was nice to have an outdoor space. The hot tub was perfect temperature and clean.

The breakfast was really good and the ladies attending the food were friendly.

Someone in our group left their watch in the pool area and it was turned in at the front desk. It is nice to know honest people are still out there.

I would definitely stay here if in the area again.

Definitely would come back, however a few things need to be addressed. Breakfast was awesome! Then ladies were great!
Pros:

Close to everything in town.

Cons:

Front desk had a couple employees not too friendly even when I would greet them first sometimes they’d say nothing. A man working it was not friendly at all. Had no privacy sign for door and room was entered without me wanting turndown service. Wasn’t happy just felt imposed on. Pool needs to be checked in every so often people were breaking rules ruining our time in pool

The front desk person on duty when we checked in was very rude. I’ve never been spoke to in such a way that she did.

50th Birthday Party in Expo Center
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel in Washington, MO.
Rooms were Clean, Friendly staff. Even called me by name. Breakfast was amazing!
Expo Center was a wonderful place to have my husband's 50th Birthday Party.
Top-notch in every area imaginable.
