Staff Selene and Carolyn is nice and helpful. Checked in room look new, nice and clean. Location is good near to main street. For next visit, I will prefer come again.

Our family of three had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

Areas for improvement:
- housekeeping often forgot to make beds, but did everything else great
- sofa bed is super uncomfortable, don’t recommend
- laundry service a bit confusing and staff not fully trained on troubleshooting- they however helped us extending our time using it which was much appreciated

Stayed here as a solo female traveller
Area was safe, well connected and plenty of food options around. Near enough to the Senado Square area.

Had a free welcome drink and snacks on the rooftop bar on my first day here.

Love everything about this hotel. Great customer service like they really went out of their way to assist me from my itinerary to my transportation. Selene, Susie, Fiona, Kay and Vincent we're all awesome. I'd recommend this hotel and will be coming back again.

When we arrived there, the room was not ready yet, so we should wait for about 20 minutes and the staffs could not speak English. The bedroom is clean and the location is close to the tourist attractions, just walk about 15 minutes and we could find some restaurants, mini markets and bus stop. Luggage storage is free of charge.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel lobby had a cafe, which made it convenient for us to get coffee in the mornings! the facilities offered were also nice, which included the gym and coffee/tea station. As a girl with frizzy hair, I must say that the hair conditioner provided in the bathroom was superb! It kept my hair smooth and hydrated! I highly recommend staying here as the location was prime and it’s a great price! Special thanks to the manager Kenny for the warm hospitality, as well as Susie and Yoyo for the fantastic service!

historic area, safe and nice

Booked a short stay via Trip and didn't know what to expect...it is a trendy, modern hotel with nice amenities and decor. Walking distance to Ruins of St Paul's and Lisboa.

We were given fresh roses after check-in, free drink and snack going up to 15th floor then up to the rooftop to enjoy the sunset.
Had a good night's sleep. The room was clean with nice decoration, amenities and toiletries.
Made use of the nespresso coffee machine and Dyson hairdryer!

This establishment is popular with young people and couples. The cafe Momokawa on the ground floor sells instagrammable coffees and desserts (tasted nice too).

If we could improve anything it would be to allow checkout until 12 not 11.
Also there is no restaurant or breakfast facility, so you can go to a nearby eatery or order a takeaway in.

Great stay overall, can see why they won Popular Hotel of the Year in 2024 and Green Guesthouse award too.

Great hotel - clean, comfortable, with little luxurious touches such as a Nespresso machine and Dyson hair dryer in the room. Location was within the old town area of Macau and decently walkable, with a bus stop nearby too.

It’s incredible value to spend HKD 510 per night to stay here! It’s clean, it’s cute, and I love the historical district nearby!

Comfortable bed, hygienic and cleanliness in the room. Area is conveniently accessible to all places

Front desk customer service are good but staff room clean up just fine because we have three people only for two people used .

Friendly staffs, a lot of great food around hotel, and good customer service….
