I wouldn't pay the price again... it truly falls more in a motel 6 category
Pros:

The hot tub was decent, could have been a bit warmer, but was ok

Cons:

The light sensors in the room are obnoxious, especially when getting up in the middle of the night, it woke my husband up.
Water pressure in the shower was terrible and for shorter people, where the shower head is located, made it impossible to adjust. I had to HUG THE WALL of the shower, just to get any water.
Also, my room was on the "2nd" floor... in reality, it was actually what should be considered the 3rd floor

Warm cookies and friendly staff
Pros:

From the greeting when we walked in to the final goodbye, the entire staff were smiling, laughing and friendly The room was clean , nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. The delicious breakfast buffet had many quality options The highlights for me were the warm cookies in the evening, popcorn in the afternoon, and coffee and tea available 24/7

Was good place to end after The Dave Mathews concert
Pros:

Good location. Didn't try out the breakfast but heard coffee was good.

Cons:

Locks on patio doors. We were on 1st floor and had trouble locking our glass door.
