Pros:

Moc pěkné ubytování, krásný velký pokoj. Možnost využít bazén. Okolo je na výběr velké množství restaurací, doporučuji Black Bear. Ráno byla snídaně horší, ale dalo se.

Good location, near the freeway. Clean room with some modern decor. The bed was comfortable enough.

I booked everything through booking.com. They still need your card on file when you stay with them though which I understand. My card then got charged the day after checkout without my knowledge. When I called she said my card got charged because she personally saw me with dogs in a non pet room and so they charged me with a fee. I told her I never had any pets in the room and I was not traveling with pets. She said she had many reports stating they saw me with a dog or dogs and she personally saw me with a dog. I in fact did not have a dog with me during my stay. If they did “see” me I wish they would have addressed me and the situation so they would have seen I did not have animals while I was staying there and my card would not have been charged without my knowledge. At the end of the conversation she said she would refund me the money they took, but the housekeeps would not be happy. Which I did not know what their involvement had to do with the situation. I stayed there without pets and keep the room very nice when I left. I took out all my garbage and put the dirty towels in a pile nothing was wrong with the room when I left it. I asked if they had footage of me with pets and they said I would need to talk to upper management to know if they did. I also wanted to talk to him to figure out more about the situation. They said they would leave me name and number because he was not in that day. I called April 27th and called multiple times after and each time they said the same thing they would leave my name and phone number and he would get back to me. It is now May 19th and I have not heard a thing.
