I rate all hotels with the same criteria, no matter the reason for being there. Location was perfect for a stopover. The room and pubic areas were clean. Comfortable bed. Different pillow options. Windows with Darkening shades. Bathroom was small but functional. Most important it had great lighting (most don't). Adequate counter space for 2, tub and shower (better for shaving legs). It was very quiet at the far end. I was surprised there were 2 pools which we didn't get to use (went to visit friends for the evening and back too late). Breakfast wasn't fancy but adequate. Tricky finding seating and items. Better than expected for the price and would definitely stay here again. We always pass SG and think it smart to break up the drive at our age.
The layout of breakfast was odd and had me going back and forth and in circles. I had to ask another customer where she found the oatmeal (pkg). it was by the coffee in another area. People waiting for the fancy coffee machines were in our table 'space'. All in all, crowded, but everyone was polite. A better arrangement would be helpful.
Stayed here while visiting family in St. George. It’s a comfortable, clean room to sleep in, and the breakfast is very nice (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and a couple fancy espresso machines) — though be mindful because it gets quite crowded.
No real bathroom amenities, and while in line with price of comparable motels in the area it just seemed high for what you got.
Great location. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast but long waits because everything is made fresh, ie. waffles, toaster, coffee. Very clean with indoor and outdoor pools.
The dreaded overwhelming cleaning chemical smell dampered our experience. Some of thought it smelled like bleach but we discovered it is their pink cleaning agent. The first staff member to help us was overwhelmed when we asked for assistance. Her assist came with an air of irritation. The second staff member was more helpful. We stayed in a "pet" room with all tile floors which we think contributed to the excessive smell. Staff assured us they would report it to management.

Room was clean. Had 2 pools but we didn't use them or any if the other facilities because we were busy with other things when we were there
We needed to check in about an hour early so we could change our clothes for a wedding we had gone to town for. We were told there would be a $25 early check in fee to do that. That seemed excessive. They did let us use their public restroom to change our clothes before going to the wedding which we appreciated

We loved having 2 pools to chose from. The indoor pool could use some love but it was still fun.
It was clean, offered rooms with 2 queen beds + sofa bed. Loved the space.
There was only one small bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. No lotion. No shower cap. Etc. I usually bring conditioner but forgot this two and there was none.
