Clean room, staff
Disappointed with the stay. Room was very basic and not particularly clean. The room was on the ground floor, facing the parking area and windows were opaque glass, so certainly not the 'garden view' we booked and expected. Quite noisy through the night and then strong cooking smells from very early in the morning. There is a sensor in the room which emits a very bright white flashing light every few seconds. Bedsheets thin and towels threadbare. Staff were efficient and very pleasant, and the facilities seemed excellent. Plenty of parking spots and the place is very secure. Breakfast was ok, although the choice of juice OR coffee seemed strange.
Hopefully other rooms are nicer, I would certainly avoid the ground floor rooms if possible.
I like the complete package that this stay offered. It was very secure with a guarded private entrance. 2 restaurants and sports complex.

This is a really crummy hotel that looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Not worth the price at all
Was a convenient place to stay after a get together with friends. Breakfast was included which was delicious. Nice to observe the people playing and/or receiving lessons.

À notre arrivée nous avons trouvé un dans un état pitoyable et quand nous sommes entré dans la chambre il y avait un cafard dans la salle de bain de plus ils nous on fait payer 10 euros car nous avons récupérer nos valises avec une heure de retard

A great hotel to stay at that’s near the national stadium for a concert (Paul McCartney!!!). The interior is a little dated but safe and clean with a friendly, helpful staff. You also get access to the amenities of the Tennis Club; 2 pools and indoor and outdoor tennis courts! A great deal in a great location!
El hotel necesita remodelación
Never a good experience when a huge roach wakes u up at 3:30 am crawling on your back while u sleeping. Saw several others about so they must not clean well and was a lot of small flying bugs tgat cami inside from the rocky “patio” area. Carpet hasent been replaced in years but it was a secure and a place to rest up if u don’t mind lil critters.
Everything ok the room not at all good. But ok whit the price. Can be better and can raise the price.
I rate this facility 5 star for tennis fans. I talked to the manager. He is a really nice person. The facility is in the process of renovation. I got the chance to see the completed room and they are really amazing. I would definitely recommend it and plan on going back
El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes. Enfrente del parque la Sabana. Desayuno incluido rico. Personal amable.
Good location
Las habitaciones son muy sencillas, poco mantenimiento. No hay elevador si llevas equipaje pesado.
The property was very old. Without good maintance. Felt dirty and had water filtration problems, water preassure problems , bathroom door didn´t always lock, they had 2 twin beds to make a bigger bed, bad smell in bathroom.
