Pros:

Très bien situé, proche de tout. Bon petit déjeuner, mais répétitif. Personnel souriant. Raport qualité/prix correct.

Cons:

Premiere chambre ne correspondait pas au booking. La deuxième de dimensions correctes, mais propreté douteuse. Douche qui coule, TV qui ne marche pas . Toutefois, promptement réparés.

The room was large and clean with a desk, large TV (which we couldn't work) sofa and chairs. Large bathroom. Staff were pleasant. Good location. Breakfast was freshly made with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Cons:

No water or drink facilities in the room. The bed was hard for me but I like a soft bed. Lots of hot water but a bit of a random water jet shower. It was a high end budget hotel and would stay again for the price.

Easy stay for an overnight to/from the Casablanca airport (or longer if that's what you need).
Pros:

Easy to get to and easy to leave from. On arrival at Casa Voyageurs, take the tram (across the street) to the United Nations Plaza (7 dh/6 stops/ticket machine at platform entrance) and the hotel is a short two block walk from there. Easy with rolling luggage and a backpack. When I left for the airport the next day - Casa Port has a frequent train to the airport and it is a 6 minute walk from the hotel (literally around the corner and very easy to find). I stayed in Casablanca for one night after a 3 week trip thru Morocco. More than enough time to see the city, the Mosque, Rick's and had a good, basic dinner at the hotel w/ wine and their breakfast was great. Room was quiet, bed was comforable and the extra blanket was welcome.

Cons:

Nothing - hotel is perfect for seasoned travellers. 24 Hr Front Desk support. Efficient and responsive. And the access to the airport is superb. Hotel is just off the busy boulevard - but windows are oriented so that the rooms are very, very quiet!

L'accueil a était très bien.
Le personnel très professionnel et attentifs.

Cons:

Le manque d'une bonne connection internet.
Les fenêtres des chambres doivent être mieux isolées du bruit extérieur.

Cons:

Very concerning experience. Money was stolen from my wallet inside my hotel room. I had to handle the situation with the police on my own, as the hotel staff offered no real assistance. Management never contacted me to apologize or follow up. The only person who showed any concern was the lobby attendant, but she had no authority to help. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Small budget hotel in the city center
Pros:

This was the starting hotel for an intrepid group tour. I went into this knowing it wasn’t a 5 star hotel and that was fine. It was clean, comfy beds, bathroom was big enough, and the location is great. The staff were so kind and friendly. There’s a small market next door and decent restaurants nearby. I walked around alone at night and it was completely safe. For what it was and what I was fearing given some reviews, it exceeded my expectations.
