Nice downtown hotel in Casablanca: convenient and not too expensive.
Pros:

Good location: a bit confusing to use Google maps! But the medina is out the front and to the right. You can use the tram to get to other sites in Casablanca.
Staff were really good - at the door, in reception, at the bar/restaurant.

Estaba muy sucio, con mucho olor a sudor en las almohadas, las sillas con la tapicería, etc. Necesita un buen mantenimiento o remodelación, un poco en sintonía con la ciudad. El desayuno no estaba mal. Pero si volviésemos a esa ciudad no volvería a repetir. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Room was dark, musty, mouldy. Smelt like mould and smoke.
Walls and ceiling covered in brown condensation spots.Needs a deep clean and paint. More compact furniture would make it seem more spacious and easier to move around.

Удобное расположение от вокзала, достопримечательностей. Просторный чистый номер.

Cons:

Кондиционер не работал на обогрев, ночью было холодно. Окна не закрываются (сломан фиксатор окна), балкона нет. Завтрак очень скудный и не очень вкусный, кофе плохой. Воду в номер не давали.

Bom hotel, excelente cortesia dos empregados da recepção. Bom café da manhã! Cama confortável. Boa localização, com restaurantes próximos. Se gostar de caminhar, fica próximo da mesquita e da Catedral Sacre Coeur.

Cons:

Algo que me deixou um pouco desconfortável e escrevo aqui para alertar, é que acertei um valor do Shutlle Aeroporto- Hotel - Aeroporto, por 600 Dirham. Mas já havia combinado que iria pagar em euros, o que seria aproximadamente 55 euros. No entanto no final ao fazer o pagamento o motorista me cobrou 100 euros (não sei qual a cotação que ele usou). Saliento que o motorista foi muito gentil e atencioso. Paguei para não criar um mal estar, mas fica a dica para sempre acertar o preço em EUROS antes confirmar o Shuttle. Não gostei muito disso!
Mas recomendo o hotel.
