Pros:

I was charged 5 times the deposit amount i was quoted during online booking. This left us short of funds after driving 4 hours to get there. The jacuzzi didnt work. We went down for the free breakfast at 8:15 and were told breakfast was over.

Large, clean room. Great stay except for the roof rework. Slight mix up on the pet friendly room but they fixed it quick. Recommend staying (after the roof is done)

The lady at the front desk really tried to help us when problem arose. The hostess in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The air conditioning in the room worked well although very loud.
Ww had to change rooms as the sink in the first room was completely clogged and there was no handyman working. Both rooms there is a strip that separates the carpet from the tile, and in each room i mistakenly stepped in this area and it is worn so bad the carpet nails are coming up through the carpet and pierced my foot. The shower head in the bathroom is mounted oddly high and can not be adjusted down, if a person was of small stature they may have a hard time showering although water pressure was great and nice and hot. Pillows were comfy.
