Should probably be priced closer to £100 for what you get. Close to beach is a bonus

White lines in car park need repainting as one car did not park correctly thus putting others out of sink.

Clean, comfortable but disappointed by the lack of hotel facilities

Room-only provided. Great location very near the beach (300m), clean and comfortable.

Cons:

On booking.com the Property Facilities list Superb Breakfast and Tennis Court. Neither are provided as there is no restaurant and barely space outside to swing a cat so our tennis racquets didn’t get any use. The sign-post outside the property still says Boutique B&B, but they really should change it, as it is Room-only board in a great location for the beach, but the property facilities (ie of the property, not in the town) listed should be updated.

Pleasant hotel and very convenient for the conference centre, but not as good as it used to be
Pros:

The hotel sent access details in advance and it was easy to find our room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a reasonable size. We were able to leave our luggage in the room until late afternoon on the day we left

Cons:

I didn't realise the hotel had stopped doing breakfast. There were rarely any staff on site, although they could be contacted by text. Although I'd requested a twin room it was still made up as a double when my daughter arrived, but was changed by the evening

The property was clean and tidy

Cons:

Park was awful, blocked in by another car who also damaged our car.

No curtains in the room when we arrived, they were eventually put in and way to small for the window so all the natural light was coming in at 5am this morning, not a nice wake up call

The shower was whether scalding hot or freezing cold and very small the sink had lots of airlocks in it.

Great location lovely place
Pros:

Great location and the bonus of being able to park. Air con in the room was a great bonus.

5 minute walk to the beach

Cons:

Rooms were cold, especially the bathroom as the radiator didn't work properly. Despite an apparent pump and following the instructions the shower was a trickle. Bathroom not an ensuite and instead we had to walk across the hall. Decor throughout was dated and worn out. Ceilings and bathroom door are very low, not suitable for someone my height. Wardrobe in poor condition. Bedroom very small as well, not suitable for two people sharing.

Relaxing overnight stay at The Chocolate Box
Pros:

We received a very friendly greeting on arrival and were shown to our room. We had everything we needed, plenty of tea and coffee supplies after our long journey. The shower worked well and the bed was very comfortable.
The location is great, very close to the BIC which we were going to in the evening for a show; it only took us a couple of minutes walk, so was perfect.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Was fine for one night but would have liked chocolates!!!
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and nice comfy beds and not a bad size room and nice and quiet.
Good location to BIC, just a five minute walk.
Had parking.

Cons:

Apart from seeing someone for half a minute on arrival didn’t see anyone else.
Couldn’t get shower working to a bearable heat and no one there to ask so had to go without.
Thought we were getting chocolates in room and not a sign of one.
Would have been nice to have breakfast.
