Pros:

La habitación era tal cual se mostraba en la foto. El colchón era muy confortable y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.

Pros:

Great location near to the beach and shops/eateries

Cons:

No staff on site and had to call the hotel on behalf of a spanish couple who were trying to check in.
No one was answering their call until I rang.
No personal touch compared to previous stays.

Pros:

Great location, the room was a great size and the bed very comfortable. There was enough parking available.

Cons:

I didn’t receive the room code until 4pm! No one answered the phone line or texts! I saw several guests having the same issue. The room/stay was advertised booked as B/B but this was not the case.

There was no breakfast despite in the questions section of the booking. Com it clearly states that they’re doing breakfast also I didn’t receive a code or any information what room I’d be staying in and was left wandering round the car park trying to phone someone. When I finally got in there was no WiFi or air conditioning also stated on there ad that there was. When we got in the place smelt of damp and musty the sink hadn’t been cleaned and the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied so it took us a while to find a glass or plates to eat off

Avoid if travelling for business

Cons:

Room very hot no ventilation, however as I was staying for business I required an invoice/receipt for HMRC expenses despite 4 polite request emails I received no invoice or even an acknowledgement. Tried ringing the number on 7 occasions with no answer as this is an unstaffed hotel. I found this total unprofessional and rude so if your a business traveller avoid or you will not be able to claim expenses.

Pros:

Room was comfortable, easy to access and tge aircon was very welcome as it was very warm weather at the time we stayed.

Cons:

Main two reasons for booking, was that the ad suggested beachfront and had a bath.

The hotel is definitely not beachfront and couldn't even see where the beach was due to it being quite some distance away needing to drive there.

Room also didn't have a bath which was very disappointing as this was the primary reason we selected the hotel over others, which only offered showers so felt slightly deceived by the ad as could easily have stayed at a nearby Travellodge which had both beach nearby and better facilities at the same cost or less.

Perfect spot in the centre - 10/10 value

It was so local, excellent value for location

Cons:

There were no reception staff (or any staff in the building that we could find) which would be fine if we didn’t need to speak to anyone. Nobody answered the emergency phone when we tried that. But in all, we were really impressed.

Totally Unsatisfied and to feel let down from booking.com

Basically I paid you people for breakfast which you advertised no in full well the hotel did not have any staff due to issues not just a chef but cleaners as well as my bedding was dirty!! And you have the cheek to send me a question air form asked me how the breakfast was which you have scammed from me ?? Now in full well The situation Chime I didn't read trip advisor before I booked with you..

Cons:

Most things. Shared bathrooms that you couldn’t access (also wasn’t told about the shared bathrooms until after I had booked), there was no shower available, my room number didn’t exist, my access code didn’t work. Photos made it seem like the rooms had private bathrooms and ac - they had neither. Was told there would be a kettle etc, there wasn’t. Overall, not worth staying and overly expensive for what it was. 0/10
