Very small room. It did what it said and nothing more. Chocolate Box it was not.

Pros:

It was near to the centre and was clean.

Cons:

There was no one around to ask for help as we had no hot water and no coffee or tea. Hot water is a must so this has let the hotel down and our stay.

Poor show all around unfortunately

No one at the property at check in,never any milk once the 4 sachet had gone that was it and if any were left down stairs they were taken, advertised as breakfast included on booking.com paid the best price with no refund, then messaged by the property no breakfast! So an additional cost to us to go find breakfast and milk, no mini fridge to put the milk in you bought so it’s gone off by the next morning! We have stopped at this hotel many times in the past and it has now been taken over and you get a text with a door code to allow you entry to the hotel and only activated at the time of checking in time so if you arrive early no one there to see you in and you have to wait until the entry time’ it’s a great shame as it was a really nice woman that run the hotel beds and linen changed daily and staff on hand, unfortunately no more and we shall not be stopping here ever again

Clean and comfortable but no lights!
Pros:

Room was very spacious and clean. Great location.

Cons:

Lights failed on day one. None of the contact details worked and none me came to fx them whilst we were there. We had also booked breakfast included then read the booklet to state they no longer provided breakfast. No prior warning!

Lovely place at a great price and location
Pros:

Room and rest of the premises were immaculate. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Quirk of having the bathroom on the other side of the hall wasn't a problem - nice touch to include bath robes. Air conditioning was a godsend. WiFi was super fast. Handy location, walkable to town and the beach. Lovely place, will book again.

Cons:

The only thing, and this is MINOR - I would have liked to see a human face. The keypads for front door and room work really well and the all digital service was flawless, but just somebody to say hello to would have made it feel a bit less impersonal.
