Brilliant value, lovely hotel thank you very much. Fab nights sleep!

Easy to access, brilliant location, very comfy bed and bonus air con which I wasn’t expecting!

Cons:

Nothing-maybe if anything my parking but there is a car park the next street up so wasn’t a problem

Comfy and ok when asked about a double bed when I called the night staff was rude & not very
Pros:

Easy access & in a very good location
And 200 metres away from the beach the A/C was amazing

Cons:

The Twin Beds, as my partner and I would of liked a double bed was very disappointed with this

Could be so much better if the owners did more than the absolute minimum. Worth £60 pn max as it is.
Pros:

1)The outside operator who runs the on-site cafe for breakfast is superb. The food was good and the staff (one lady) very good. But she should not be left to sort out guest queries- the hotel staff should be doing that. I understand it happens a lot.
2) When I reported that my TV remote didn't work, they did send someone to change the batteries.
3) Comfortable bed and pillows.
4) Shower works, nice towels and sufficient toiletries and loo roll.

1) I messaged to ask about whether I could book breakfast and initially received a rather blunt message in reply telling me that check-out is at 10.00, and all my belongings must be out of the room by then (the key card will stop working). As the Booking.com site makes clear that check out is 10.30, which was confirmed on a sign in the actual hotel, I replied with a screenshot of the time on the booking and asked again for details of breakfast. I received that, and booked it. I'm glad I did.
2) I was supposed to receive a PIN CODE to access the front door and my room. and neither email nor text arrived. I found a phone number on the side of the porch and it was given to me- no apology, and insisted they had sent it (not true, checked spam etc) but did give me access. Stressful arrival, needless.
3) I was concerned to find that my ground floor sash window bay had no locks on any of the three windows, and led out to a ground floor courtyard which was accessible to the street due to a gate with a broken latch. I moved a large bucket of water and a red traffic cone which was in the courtyard, to behind the gate to make it harder to open from the outside. I also used some woodchips from the garden to try to wedge the windows shut (removed before I left). I informed the hotel via text to the mobile no., at around 7pm on the day- fair play that is a bit late, but as they were coming to do the TV remote batteries, I think that a temporary fix on the gate would not have been beyond them. Anyone could have come into the garden and got into my room, which is totally unacceptable and why the '4' overall'. I felt unsafe. with no staff onsite, and slept badly. There was no reply to my concerns at the time or afterwards. They don't care.

Very clean and comfortable

The location of the hotel was excellent, room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

No staff interaction. Had issues with the payment link, tried to call the phone number 4 times no answer. Booked with breakfast included however they no longer supply breakfast which was disappointing

Definitely excellent stay
Pros:

The location was great, quite close to the beach. I loved the room. The stay was way too comfortable than I expected. Was supposed to stay for one night, but ended up staying there for 2 nights 3 days. Overall, experience was so good.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. The only wish that remained unfulfilled is the catering. I hope they will include cafeteria or restaurant with them.
