Solo me quede x 1 noche, vuelvo del 16 al 18, habitación, son cada de seguridad, vasos, frigobar, 2 pisos x escalera nadie que te suba ls maleta, luces quemadas en el baño, desayuno basico

Cons:

Todo l9 detallado anteriormente, debo ver la zona que no me gusto mucho, por otro lado ustedes me pasan tarifa en dólares, me aparece en la página pesos argentinos, y el hotel te cobra en colones, un lío barbaro

Pros:

Schönes historisches Gebäude, großes sauberes Zimmer mit modernem Bad, freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein leckeres Abendessen im Restaurant.

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant war unaufmerksam und sehr langsam. Frühstückskaffee leider ungenießbar, wir konnten Espresso bestellen, kostete aber extra.

Gravísimo: luego de nuestra estadía intentaron estafarnos. Nos contactaron por WhatsApp de la "recepción del hotel", afirmando falsamente que el pago no se había acreditado y exigiendo los datos completos de la tarjeta. Al desconfiar, pedimos continuar por el chat de Booking y desde allí siguieron insistiendo con el mismo pedido. Días después confirmamos que el pago estaba correctamente realizado. Es un intento de fraude. No compartan datos de tarjeta

El señor de recepción en la mañana, el fue muy gentil y muy solidario.

Cons:

La chica que nos recibió, que ante un problema con una puerta de baño, solo lo soluciono sintiéndolo mucho.

Comfortable for one night.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was very clean and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy in our room as it was by the pool but it did not go on too late. We had requested a double bed and had two singles. It wasn’t the end of the world as we were just there one night so we did not ask for it to be changed.

Lovely little hotel, good room and excellent staff.
Pros:

excellent little hotel with small pool... my room was excellent - think recently refurbished (would have been perfect if had tea making facilities) Breakfast good.

Cons:

Tea making in room would have made this hotel truly exceptional.
