Hotel 4 yıldızlı olup bence 5 yıldızı hakkeden bir Hotel .Temiz ve güleryüzlü personelleri ile dolu dolu 4 gün geçirdik ailece.Hotel sahibi gayet nazik ve kibar bir beyefendi .Hergün odamız temizlendi çarşaf ve havlularimiz değişti.Kahvalti gayet zengin ve doyurucu.Konum olarak çok güzel heryere yakın olması ve tramvay ve otobüs durağının yürüme mesafesi olması ekstra avantaj .Ben çok memnunum kaldım bütün hotel çalisanlarina ve özellikle hotel sahibinin oğluma gösterdikleri ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve bir dahaki İstanbul tatilimde yine tercihim hotel İnter Hotel olacak🙂🙂

Calitate preț foarte satisfăcător.
Pros:

Camera spațioasă și ft curată, locația aproape de tramvai, 10 minute până în bazar,parcare gratuită. A fost super OK. Market lângă hotel, parc de joacă pt copii la 5 minute, localuri cu mâncare tradițională la 5 minute.

Cons:

Micul dejun lasă de dorit.

Завтрак понравился. Кафе расположили возле бассейна, очень колоритно. До исторического центра 9 остановок на трамвае. Трамвайная остановка расположена неподалеку. Рядом расположена историческая городская стена.

Cons:

Хотелось бы, чтобы ресторан в отеле был бы круглосуточным.

Sauna and hamam downstairs were an excellent addition, after a day of walking around, it was a lifesaver. Great massage from Gulya, she was kind enough to let me pay afterwards. And she was great overall. The hotel allowed me to do late check-out free of charge, which was AMAZING and it was so kind of them. The room was spacious and clean. 10 min on the trolley and you are by Sophia!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't very impressive, but did a good omelet. I'd say if it weren't rainy, I'd go elsewhere.

Pros:

Dear,

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel in Istanbul. While I must acknowledge that your staff were exceptionally kind and professional, the overall experience was completely unacceptable and far below the standard that was advertised.

From the moment I arrived, the issues began:
• I was electrocuted by the hairdryer, which is a serious safety hazard.
• I had to be moved to another room, which smelled strongly of cigarettes all night.
• The shower was broken, the room was filthy, and almost everything inside was damaged or in poor condition. I have photos that clearly show how bad it was.
• The breakfast was disgraceful – extremely limited food, and even hair found in the dishes.

This experience was absolutely not what was promised on your website. The photos and descriptions are misleading, and guests are being sold a false image of this hotel. For the amount I paid for two rooms, I could have stayed in a much better property elsewhere in Istanbul.

I am therefore requesting a partial or full refund, as well as an investigation into this property to prevent other guests from experiencing the same.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a written response within 7 days.
