Завтрак сложно назвать завтраком - тарелка с двумя кусочками сыра/колбасы/огурцы и маслины.
Бассейн не работал, сауна/баня тоже была закрыта.
The room was really lovely.
Some of the kitchen staffs could be nicer.
Sauna and hamam downstairs were an excellent addition, after a day of walking around, it was a lifesaver. Great massage from Gulya, she was kind enough to let me pay afterwards. And she was great overall. The hotel allowed me to do late check-out free of charge, which was AMAZING and it was so kind of them. The room was spacious and clean. 10 min on the trolley and you are by Sophia!
The breakfast wasn't very impressive, but did a good omelet. I'd say if it weren't rainy, I'd go elsewhere.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel in Istanbul. While I must acknowledge that your staff were exceptionally kind and professional, the overall experience was completely unacceptable and far below the standard that was advertised.
From the moment I arrived, the issues began:
• I was electrocuted by the hairdryer, which is a serious safety hazard.
• I had to be moved to another room, which smelled strongly of cigarettes all night.
• The shower was broken, the room was filthy, and almost everything inside was damaged or in poor condition. I have photos that clearly show how bad it was.
• The breakfast was disgraceful – extremely limited food, and even hair found in the dishes.
This experience was absolutely not what was promised on your website. The photos and descriptions are misleading, and guests are being sold a false image of this hotel. For the amount I paid for two rooms, I could have stayed in a much better property elsewhere in Istanbul.
I am therefore requesting a partial or full refund, as well as an investigation into this property to prevent other guests from experiencing the same.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a written response within 7 days.

Incep prin a intreba pe cei care au scris in comentarii"pe inde au mai fost cazati si ce i-a facut sa scrie asa de bine desore acest hote....cred ca au facuto sa-si ia si altii teapa nu numai ei,si acum sa incep cu ce nu m-ia placut....in prima seara m-iau dat o camera in care nu finctiona nici televizorul nici caldura asa ca am inghetat pana dimineata.....a doua zi m-iau schimbat camera cu una mai decenta dar nu foarte calduroasa...hotel ffff.vechi vopsit cu pensula cat de cat sa se mai cazeze cineva in el......cred ca cei care vin la cumparaturi in zina Fatih.....in descriere spun ca au piscina dar zona de piscina este folosita ca loc de luat micul dejun,mesele si barul pentru mancare sunt aplasate in lovul sezloangelor...au apa in piscina dar faci baie daca ai costum de urs asa frig este in incapere si apa de 12 grade ca la chiuveta,o sa pun poze cu locul de mic dejun...in care se vede piscina mesele si daca nu te trezesti la.prima ora sa prinzi acel ceva la mic dejun mai bine nu mai mergi....nu mai aduc nimic sa completeze din saracia lucie ce o ofera......in camera ai doar cana de fiert apa si apa nu cafea nu ceai,totul vechi si revopsit pe alocuri murdar si cu mucegai,prosoape,lenjerie,perne,saltea vechi dar curate.....asa ca pe departe este un hostel neingrijit nu il poti numi hotel si mai ales de patru stele,aviz celor care citesc in comentarii ca asa m-iam luat si eu teapa....
