Facilities are good for a family
Heated pool was nice
Jacuzzi needed to be a little more private or maybe add another as well.

Was a great weekend away. Staff were extremely observant and friendly.

Cons:

Diverter mixer in ensuite shower broke off, was fixed the next day. Unit was in the corner on ground floor so had people walking past the unit frequently.

Lovely
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and helpful - not once did i walk past a staff member who didnt smile & say hello. They told you everything you needed to know and were always available.
If you are after a comfortable place to stay with easy access to a lovely clean beach - this is a great option.
The suites were large & spotless - all necessary appliances, crockery & cutlery. Lovely comfy beds. Great bathrooms with good water pressure. I couldnt fault the accommodation. The veranda was huge too - so you could eat outside and spend hours enjoying the view.
Rooms get serviced every day...and your braai cleaned if you used it the night before.
Good facilities too - pool, jacuzzi, spa, tennis court, squash court, kids play area....restaurant & bar

Cons:

My only negative has nothing to do with the venue. Just not much to do in the immediate area (ie if you like to take walks to coffee shops and window shop). That said - if you are there to enjoy the accommodation, the view and the gorgeous beach....then you cant go wrong.

There is a Spar at the end of the road (50m) & Shelly Centre is only 10 mins drive away...

Pros:

Beautiful location with stunning views of the ocean. Close proximity to everything that i needed.

Cons:

Visitors being loud after 11pm whilst walking through the corridors.
