Cons:

I made a booking for the 6th floor with bookings.com and the lady confirmed my 6th floor booking with me . When I arrived there i was told the 6th floor is booked and was given the 5th floor with partial Seaview yet i paid for complete sea view. I was very disappointed by this. When i made the booking i told the lady it was my anniversary . I called in the resort and advised them that i will be coming through and to keep my room available as i wanted to check in a little earlier, No attempt was made for the room to be set up earlier at least an hour early .I was given the room which was on the 5th floor . Very disappointing .

Beautiful holiday overlooking the Indian ocean
Pros:

Caring staff,really looked after
.Beautiful views.
Apartment exceptional and very clean.

Staff cleaned every day like being in a Hotel.

Unusual for self catering, but SA is very good and has good standards.
Good catering food if needed and good room service

Cons:

Found air con hard to manage,but should have contacted reception as this was a good team

Pros:

I liked the swimming pool. Friendly staff. The location is excellent. The beds were super comfortable. Nice sized kitchen, it has all the dishes and utensils needed and more. I loved beautiful views from the balcony. Beautiful

Cons:

The lounge furniture can be improved. Kitchen is also outdated, it can do with a little revamp.

Pros:

I loved everything about my stay. The most amazing sea view from our suite to the cleanliness and friendliness of all staff. All in all lovely and comfortable stay

Pros:

The receptionist , cleaning and security staff were exceptional. Kids activities were more beyond expectations. The beach is very close and convenient 👌 . I was allocated a room that accommodate my condition as I have a leg injury. I will definitely go back

Worst place every stayed in a long time, shocking how unhigenic the place is.
Pros:

the food was very poor, not fresh, did not get what we ask for, and no customer service. When complain the lady was oblivious.

Cons:

Everything, it felt like being in an old age home, was stuffy, not clean at all, and had a cockgroach in my room and carpets very dirty, hair in the corner of the shower. The rail was dirty where suppose to hang clothing. The shower in the master bedroom is shocking in a very bad way, need a new one for sure.
