Wished we’d booked a longer stay and we will be back

Although the booking is for one day all hotels in UK are actually checking in 1600h and checking out at 1000h, which effectively means only 18 h??!!

This is not good

The location

Cons:

The room we were given was not the room I had chosen on booking.com: when I questioned this with the staff it was mentioned that the rooms aren’t always what was booked due to availability. Due to the amount paid for the room this was disappointing.

Also the room looked very tired and there was a lot of touching up needed

Loved here that much during our first visit we just had to come back and will again.
Pros:

Attention to detail is noticeable everywhere, it is nothing short of a spectacular hotel. Exceptionally clean, extremely helpful an friendly staff and the full English is top notch. 5 stars is not enough.

Gorgeous hotel, ideal location, lovely room and staff.
Pros:

We loved the rooms, the lobby and how welcoming it was. The hotel is in an idelic location and the parking is brilliant. I couldn’t reccomend this hotel more.
