Very quirky and comfortable stay. Great location
Pros:

The room was exceptionally comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable of the entire week in Yorkshire. The bar at the end of the night was a welcome retreat.

Cons:

4pm check in is really late. Most flights arrive in early. We paid an additional £20 for a 1.00 pm check in. Most places would facilitate an earlier check in if feasible without an additional fee.

Pros:

We stayed one night in a small queen room. Obviously very compact but it contained everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the generous hot drinks supply and lovely toiletries were appreciated.We had a very pleasant stay. Can't comment on the breakfast option, as we didn't eat there. We would definitely stay again but for longer stays, we would go for a larger room option .

Exceptional!
Pros:

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We loved the decor, the comfy beds and the spa bath. Breakfast was great, and also the gardens were beautiful. It is very close to everything and in a great neighbourhood, which felt very safe. Overall we loved it, and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this very unique and fun property.
Pros:

The decor is delightfully whimsical and comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer. They even have a super sweet elderly kitty who visited us in our room. I can’t say enough positive things about this property and their services.
