It was very atmospheric. The decor fits well in the property.
Although I loved the rich colours in our room, the lighting was a bit dull so found it hard to see in the bathroom etc.
Location was perfect, only 10 mins walk to the city. Bedroom, breakfast room and bar decor was fabulous!

The location & decor downstairs.
Our room was very dark. It was painted a very dark green (forest green) which made the small room even darker. There was an overhead light which was very bright to make up for it but it was blinding. The room was too small for 2 people.
We had the garden room, private & quiet
Maybe a sheet on thee bed as well as duvet.

The uniqueness of the hotel, the location and the breakfast was lovely, some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The darkness of the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower, water not going down and flooding the bathroom and the sink was backing up.
Banging about at 6am in the morning outside. £15 charge for parking your car on the hotel car park.
