Somehow at the edge of decent....but really inclining for BAD...
Pros:

What to like....gosh.....not that much...

Cons:

You know quantity does not equal QUALITY...just because it was big (2 rooms) and in the basement(bad smell everywhere) does not mean it meets our needs for the price tag...just simply a waste of space...most of the facilities were broken, it seems nobody cares even though they were informed upon check-in...whatever...will not come back here...even for FREE...Neah !!!!!

Terrible Hotel, Terribly rude Management, Filthy rooms and fridges
Pros:

Nothing except one young receptionist was very kind and helpful in trying to solve our issue with the bed, but the manager ignored all his calls when he knew there was a complaint. And refused to cancel the reservation or offer any discount. What a pity.

Other than that nice young man, totally nothing was good about this hotel. Looking thoroughly into other options, I realised there are many better hotels at a lower cost

Cons:

Been travelling for 20 years, probably the worst hotel I've ever been in. Fake photos, Arogant management, filthy fridge, broken TVs, Broken window shades, terrible smells. I stayed one night on the 3rd of June. The shift manager ignored the staff's calls after I complained that the hotel had confirmed online a room with a double bed, only to find it was two single beds put together, and the staff said there are no double beds in the hotel. They fool people into making the photos look like a double bed without mentioning any details.

Pros:

Muss sagen, war vom Frühstück begeistert.
Lage ist Optimal.

Cons:

Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, das Kissen sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Verdunkelung durch die Übergardine ist nicht gut.

Spontane Übernachtung in Norderstedt
Pros:

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise gebucht. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Zimmer sauber, mit Fön und Toilettenartikeln. Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit günstigen Getränken und der Möglichkeit, sich kostenlos Kaffee und Tee zuzubereiten.

Einfach, sauber, zweckmäßig nächtigen in Norderstedt
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auskunftsbereit. Alles ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Ein gut ausgestattetes und einfaches Hotel in guter Lage in Norderstedt.

Cons:

Eine Matratze war sehr weich das ich auf das Nebenbett wechseln musste.

Wir sind gestern Nacht aus den Niederlanden nach Deutschland angekommen und gegen 1:30 Uhr im Hotel eingecheckt. Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht der Reservierung. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett („Matrimonialbett“) reserviert, aber stattdessen waren es zwei einzelne Matratzen, die zusammengeschoben wurden. Dadurch entstand in der Mitte eine Lücke und man sank ständig hinein, was sehr unbequem war.

Außerdem gab es im Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank, was besonders spät in der Nacht sehr unpraktisch war. Ebenfalls fehlte ein Wasserkocher, sodass wir nicht einmal einen Tee trinken konnten nach der langen Reise.

Wir konnten wegen des schlechten Bettes praktisch nicht schlafen. Jetzt ist es 6:32 Uhr morgens, und wir verlassen das Hotel müde, genervt und enttäuscht nach nur wenigen Stunden Aufenthalt.

Leider entsprach der Komfort überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Pros:

Super Lage für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Urlaub im Norden! Familienzimmer war sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Ganz nah an der A7, angenehme Umgebung, gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
