Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Generally praised — one reviewer explicitly states the facility is 'very clean'. Minor issues noted (missing toilet brush) but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
7.2
Mixed sentiment: several reviewers call staff 'very friendly' and 'helpful', but one significant complaint about an unaccommodating staff member and an unexplained higher rate on arrival lowers the score.
Location
9.2
Consistently highlighted as a key positive: convenient to main roads, next to Garden Route Mall/shopping centre, good pedestrian access and easy accessibility; location is a standout strength.
Room Quality
8
Mixed: multiple mentions of comfortable, modern, high-quality interiors, but also complaints about small rooms/beds and aircon issues. Overall good but with some room-specific negatives.
Amenities
8.3
Positive mentions of secure parking, garden, free filtered water station and meals being available; minor missing item (toilet brush) noted but overall amenities are solid.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed signals: one headline notes 'Good Value', but a notable complaint about being quoted a higher rate than booking.com harms perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
7
Limited and mixed feedback: 'meals available' is noted positively, but there is at least one explicit comment that on-site food was poor, resulting in a below-average score.
Overall Experience
8.8
Generally positive overall — many reviewers recommend the hotel for short stays, praise safety and convenience; however a few service/value issues temper the experience.
