Fantastic stay with the great view!
Pros:

Such a beautiful property with a great view of the city and the mountains. The property is beautiful and modern, situated in a peaceful environment with great restaurant. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. We are so grateful to have chosen this place to stay and look forward to coming back to stay here again!

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Très propre et très bien tenu. Emplacement top pour la vue sur la montagne. Très bon restaurant pour vue panoramique sur Santiago. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Insonorisation moyenne et quelques petits défauts électriques dans la chambre mais très mineurs

It’s a boutique hotel, very private and calm.

The service. I think it could improve, the first day people were unbothered and neglected. When we arrived to the facilities, it was raining once we parked our car we requested a umbrella to the security guard and he said that they didn’t have any, he didn’t even looked us in the eyes and was using his cellphone (unbothered), after doing the checkin we saw an umbrella RIGHT next to him. the people of the restaurant and the front desk agent did ok.

The food was on another level—every meal rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and consistently satisfying. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you could tell real attention went into every dish. The drinks matched that same quality, refreshing and perfectly crafted, adding to the overall experience.



What really brought everything together was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, always making sure everything was just right without ever feeling intrusive.
