The hotel is wonderful, super clean, super confy. The location is great if you wish to be outside of the city in a peacefull place with a stunning view.

Cons:

The restaurant is a disaster. The service is good, we can't deny it, and the location amazing, but the food... They dont know what they are doing. Unfortunatly.

Beautiful top-notch rooms. Excellent location with a view.
Place for relaxation and for enjoying the restaurant and view.

Cons:

Little information about facilities by the staff.
Apart from restaurant and view, nothing else to do.
They are supposed to have a collection of old cars, but nobody informed us of that

The view, the restaurant, excellent drinks. The tranquility up in the mountains. The rooms are gorgeous the hallway is spacious and feels like your own living room.total privacy. Yet a little neighborhood store 2 min down the hill to get snacks. Its just a beautiful place to be.

Las atenciones de todo el personal, en especial la del lobby, muy amables. La limpieza y la arquitectura del hotel, hermoso, la vista es un must.

Cons:

El personal del desayuno fue amable pero cuando estaba muy lleno duraban mucho para pasar por la mesa .

El servicio al cliente, exceptuando el seguridad que nos recibió muy amable, y las conserjes siempre sonrientes todo el personal parecía estar molesto, incluyendo camareros, recepcionistas, la verdad que una verdadera decepción.

Desayuno dominicano estaba muy bueno, sin embargo la cena fue un total desastre ambos risottos incomibles, calidad precio con relación al nivel recibido nada que ver.
