Wish the room had a couch
The lady Peggy at the reception.
Location, access not idea. Breafast not worth the price tag, by 9am most servings were finished not refilled.
Smell of kitchen in the rooms on 2nd floor, bad.
Location was good. I loved the staff. Braai area.
The pool was not clean. False advertising by the hotel as they didn't communicate with booking .com that the pool is NOT CLEAN. The aircon was not working. Then management put it on but then it went off.
Everything was good no fault there
Just the add says 1 time to checkout and they give a different time which shouldn't be my problem for their false advertising I also booked here because of the later checkout which was a disappointment
