wanted to swim that would have made me happy
Pros:

Location was good. I loved the staff. Braai area.

Cons:

The pool was not clean. False advertising by the hotel as they didn't communicate with booking .com that the pool is NOT CLEAN. The aircon was not working. Then management put it on but then it went off.

Good apart from the details change from the booking to the desk
Pros:

Everything was good no fault there

Just the add says 1 time to checkout and they give a different time which shouldn't be my problem for their false advertising I also booked here because of the later checkout which was a disappointment

A seamless, stress-free stay from start to finish.
Pros:

The staff are friendly, highly professional, and clearly on top of every guest and situation. A minor incident involving children was handled calmly and with care. Truly impressive.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and a shoutout to the chef Mr. Andrew for the delicious food.
The view was amazing, and the location was easy for us to navigate.
The ice machine kept my drinks very much cold and frizzy

Cons:

The aircon was not working in room 152 and we asked for it to be fixed, but they didn't fix it, so they transferred us into a second floor room and the aircon was making funny noises that kept us awake at night, the shower cap was spilling water everywhere in room 222

Some mats in bathroom would come in handy after taking a shower

The lack of dustbins made the lawn dirty and the pool dirty too
