1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, my stay was nothing like what was advertised. The property was not clean, and I found insects in the room, which made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the overall cleanliness and sanitation.

The condition of the property also did not match the pictures or description in the listing. I feel the property was misrepresented through false advertising, and what I received was far below what I was led to expect.

For the price I paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room. Instead, I was left disappointed and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I would strongly recommend that management address the cleanliness, pest issues, and accuracy of the property’s advertising before accepting more guests.

I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

moldy room

the room was moldy it smelled of mold. I woke up to the worst allergies. the wall next to bed had only what I could assume was ejaculation all over it. the chairs we growing mold. one light fixture had no light or lamp shade the other light strobed. the bathroom tub had tape covering something that was moldy. the water was cold.. everything smelled of mold. my husband and I were so tired we took cold showers and went to sleep. when notifying the front desk nothing was offered for our horrible conditions. will not stay again

Checked out after my one week and went to another motel
Pros:

Seen no breakfast whatsoever. Stay a week had two packs of coffee called down for more and the man told me I had to come down every morning and get my own coffee packs. Stop by the afternoon, and the young guy gave me enough for a couple of days.

Cons:

The room looked decent when you first walked in, but then when you turned around and started looking through it, the microwave was rusted stove wouldn’t work. Didn’t even try the toaster. It was so nasty wouldn’t touch the phone. It was nasty and dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable.
