Tesis merkezde çok iyi ulaşım araçlarına ve havalimanına ulaşmak çok kolay.

Cons:

Hoşgeldin içkimiz vardı. Yanlışlıkla kâğıdı verdim diye vermediler. Bu çok saçmaydı. Resepsiyon hariç bardaki insanlar kabaydı. 2 gün için 500 euro ödememe rağmen birde ekstra benden 50 euro kahvaltı için istediler. Çok bencilceydi

Tolles Hotel - wir kommen wieder

Alles, hier gibt's nichts wirklich was zu kritisieren. Sauberkeit ist in allen Bereichen besonders positiv hervorzuheben, aber auch die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter.

Es war schön, aber es blieb hinter meinen Erwartungen zurück.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut.

Cons:

Zunächst möchte ich erwähnen, dass während des Duschens leider das ganze Badezimmer bzw. Zimmer unter Wasser stand. Ich habe mit den Mitarbeitern darüber gesprochen und mir wurde gesagt, dass die notwendigen Wartungsarbeiten erst im Winter durchgeführt werden sollen. Bei einem Hotel, das bereits seit vielen Jahren in Betrieb ist, kann ich mir allerdings kaum vorstellen, dass dieses Problem erst kürzlich entstanden ist. Leider wurde selbst ein solch grundlegendes Problem bisher nicht behoben.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt sind die Öffnungszeiten des Pools. Der Pool im unteren Bereich wird meines Wissens bereits gegen 18 Uhr geschlossen, obwohl zu dieser Zeit noch ausreichend Sonne vorhanden ist. Meiner Meinung nach könnte der Pool problemlos bis etwa 20 Uhr genutzt werden. Außerdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass auch der Pool nicht ausreichend gewartet bzw. gepflegt wird.

Besonders problematisch war die Tür unseres Zimmers: Selbst nachdem wir sie geschlossen hatten, konnte man sie teilweise einfach aufdrücken, ohne sie mit dem Schlüssel zu öffnen. Offenbar gibt es ein Problem mit dem Türschloss. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein erhebliches Sicherheitsproblem, da theoretisch jeder das Zimmer betreten könnte.

Bei einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich außerdem erwartet, dass zumindest täglich kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt wird. Wasser wurde jedoch nur am ersten Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerade angesichts des vergleichsweise hohen Preises hätte ich hier einen besseren Service erwartet.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel meiner Meinung nach relativ teuer und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis blieb leider deutlich hinter meinen Erwartungen zurück.

We only stayed a couple of days which we enjoyed and felt relaxed. Great location.
Pros:

Very pleasant staff at reception/restaurant/bar/housekeeping.
Felt very relaxed. The location to the beach was great. We didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean.

Cons:

Towels in the bathroom were very worn out and there were limited toiletries in the bathroom. We did pay extra for the sea view balcony which was little pricey.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful hotel and location.
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful.
Room ready on arrival and welcome drinks were a bonus.
Had 1st floor room overlooking pool and beach view - it was well presented, spacious, clean and with fridge/air con.
The hotel was spotless clean and staff clearing up and cleaning all the time.
Food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced.
Main pool was large enough to swim a few lengths and never had an issue getting beds. The upstairs plunge pool was a lot quieter which was great to relax and views were amazing.
Location was amazing - beach front and quiet, away from the loud bars & clubs further down the strip. 10mins from airport which was great.

Overall excellent!!!

Nothing. It was excellent all round!

Séjour à Palma
Pros:

Le cadre est très magnifique aussi bien de la piscine que du roof top. Le petit est très bien servi et il y en.a pour tous les goûts.
L'hôtel est bien placé même si on pense qu'il est excentré de Palma. Le lungo mare est très beau et animé.Les taxis sont abordables.

Cons:

Il manque un porte serviette en sortant de la douche. Le tapis de bain est trop petit. Des indications sur les interrupteurs seraient un plus, pour savoir ce que l'on allume. Des tarifs préférentiels pour la location de transats et de parasols sur la plage.

A fost un sejur mediu care nu mă face să mai revin la acest hotel !
Pros:

Angajați foarte sociabili dacă nu ar fi bunătate lor ar fi un hotel decent !!!

Cons:

Mâncarea la terasă a fost veche și fără gust !
Spa ca și inexistent am așteptat 20 min nu a venit nimeni vroiam un masaj și servici de spa.
Marea cu intrare în mâl de lac și foarte abruptă și nu beneficiez de nici o reducere la șezlong sau umbrelă.
Nu este din punct meu de vedere un hotel de 8.3 eu as zice ca este cu indulgenta 7.0.

Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer eine Kategorie höher gebucht, sehr schön groß und ruhig. Dachterrasse, Pool, Fahrradkeller und Parkplatz sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Frühstück und Abendessen sind ausbaufähig, es wurde zu wenig angeboten und im Grunde immer das gleiche. Das wäre für uns ein Grund dort nicht mehr wohnen zu wollen. Der große Barkeeper war nicht sehr freundlich

The hotel was great, everything from the facilities, the food and the staff deserve the best rating! Especially the staff, a very nice gentleman in the restaurant, the always smiling girl at the terrace pool bar and the reception.
