Plenty of parking, lovely grounds, good layout, spacious room, excellent food and very well maintained hotel.
Slightly earlier check in would have been helpful bearing in mind we were attending a wedding at the venue.
Property was nice and clean and in a good location.
Me and my son booked a stay as we were at Larkhall kart Circuit, on arrival we were upgraded to the Lopez suite and it was excellent, food was also excellent and the lady serving us Lorraine went over and above to make me and my sons meal perfect, Lorraine even had a packed breakfast made for my sons meal as we were leaving early in the morning.

My pillow was disgustingly dirty with various stains - it should have been binned long ago - night staff gave me an alternative which was clean but not comfortable - this affected my nights sleep
Clean, comfortable, good food, better than the average 'transit' hotel.
Room a little warm for sleeping, took a while to cool down.

Underwhelming staff, lack of attention in restauran. 1st drink when ordering on menu did not arrive till starter & Waited for a beer ordered on food delivery arrived when meal finished, they were not busy, not focused and gossiping. Yet three staff at the empty bar next door!
A dirty Bathroom (seemed disabled type) Foamy Shampoo and soap still on shower wall from previous occupiers!
‘Acceptable’ for a quick ‘necessary’ business overnight but not it I was touring/ holidaying!

This hotel is gorgeous so clean and modern . The bed was the most comfortable bed and bedding to sleep in . Best sleep I’ve ever had .
Love everything about it . It’s not next to any towns, ships etc without doing a drive , nothing around it so the peace and quiet was welcome .
