At the moment we do not have a 24-hour in-person reception. Outside of customer service hours, check-in is done through our simple and intuitive Automatic Reception machine. In any case, there will always be an emergency telephone number that you can call in case you need anything and we will assist you immediately.
Not all of our rooms are accessible, or there is an elevator to reach all of them, so in certain rooms it will be necessary to climb one or two flights of stairs on foot. If you require a room that is not accessible by stairs, please let us know at the time of booking.
Please note that pets are allowed by prior reservation only.

Excellent emplacement dans le centre historique, parking public à 100 mètres à pieds. Chambre très confortable, spacieuse et très propre.
Impossible de donner un avis sur le personnel, tout est (trop?) automatisé. Nous n'avons vu aucun personnel.

No había ni una percha para colgar abrigos en Ávila. Ruido de la madera del suelo y iluminación muy floja demasiado.

Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción y tuvimos que hacer el Checklist y costó un poco entenderlo tuve que llamar por teléfono para que me orientaran
