Tek iyi yanı manzarası ve plajının olması onun dışında tam bir fiyasko. Banyoda sıcak su yoktu 3 gün boyunca soğuk su ile duş aldık ve jakuziden faydalanamadık. Kahvaltısı iyi değildi. Hiç memnun kalmadım kötü bir seçim oldu asla tercih etmem.

Kendine ait sessiz geniş plajı var her gün oda temizliği yapıldı konumu ve manzarası çok güzel genel olarak memnun olmakla beraber sıcak su sıkıntısı vardı .

Sıcak su olmadığı için konaklamamız kötü geçti. Temizlik geç geldi. Manzara ve kahvaltı gayet iyiydi.

Kahvaltı vasat, konum şahane, beach işletmesi farklı sanırım çok kötü, günlük temizlikte sıkıntılı. Karşılama güleruüzlü.

Odalar biraz küçük, havuz küçük çocuklar için denilebilir. Kendi plajı olması çok iyi fakat kayaların üstüne kurulmuş, çocuklar ve iyi yüzme bilmeyenler için uygun değil, derinlik yüksek girişten itibaren. Zaten tüm Kaş otelleri bu şekilde. Merkeze çarşıya vs yürüme mesafesi, havuz yanında güzel manzaralı bir barı var.

Aile için uygun bir ortamı yok. Bebek yatağı vermediler. Çocuğumuzu aramızda uyutmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı alanında çocuk sandalyesi yoktu. Çok zorlandık. Otel ile ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek iyi şey personelin ilgisiydi. Özellikle Seda hanım olmak üzere tüm otel personeline teşekkür ederiz. Çocuklu aileler kesinlikle burada kalmasın

Otelin yeri ve merkeze ulaşımı gayet iyiydi. Kendine ait bir plajı var ama bir gün önceden rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor. Çok yoğun bir dönemde yer bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Otel sizin yerinize rezervasyon yapmıyor çünkü. Ana bina dışında ikinci odaların olduğu kısımda klimalar çalışmıyordu çok sıcaktı koridor kısmı. Asansörler baya eskiydi farklı sesler çıkarıyordu. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Ayrıca kapımız çalışmıyordu zor açılıyordu bazen açılmıyordu geçici bir çözüm buldular idare ettik. Eğlence sevenler için güzel bir otel her gün dj veya canlı performanslar oluyor otelin karşısında. Genel olarak iyi bir konaklama geçirdik ayrıca çalışanlar çok iyi insanlardı.

otel geneli ve oda temizdi. kahvaltılar yeterince çeşitli ve lezzetli. personeller güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. plaj bölümü personlleri de ilgiliydi. housekeeping personelleri çok titiz. otopark sorunu hiç yok. tek problem ise otelde asansörün ses yapması. oda genel anlamda büyük sorun çıkarmıyor.

Helt ok hotell, men fin beliggenhet, kort spasertur til sentrum/marinaen.
Flott utsikt og romene er helt greie.
Frokosten var helt ok også.

Our stay here was overall positive. The day we arrived I was so tired I went straight to bed and didn't look around for a few hours. After my boyfriend and I went for dinner later and came back, we noticed a few things in our room that were less than ideal. The safe didn't work, the TV didn’t work and there were tiny ants crawling all over the bathroom. I went to the front desk around 11:30pm and told the front desk person the issues we were having. He didn't speak a lot of English so we used our phones to translate to each other and he completely understood my concerns. He took me to a couple other rooms to view, one which was similar to ours with the same view, so we grabbed our stuff and switched to it. This one had a much bigger bathroom, no ants and both the TV and safe worked perfectly. Our view was amazing, we could see the Mediterranean right in front of us and the village on the right perfectly. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony, they were absolutely beautiful to see every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us and making sure our stay was going well. We had a beautiful pool on the property which we used one day because the sea was too rough to get into. The entrance to the sea was right across the street from us with loungers available for use at no additional charge. It was attached to a beach bar (I assume is owned by the hotel) which was very convenient if you wanted a snack or a drink while you were dryin

The hotel was half shut with almost no staff at the site. Dirty dusty stairs and corridors. The beach, restaurant, bar and spa was closed. Such a disappointment. However the Expedia team helped us to get a partial refund.

After 12 hours of travelling, confusion with the reservation was the last thing we needed. The staff on the front desk had no idea what to do and, without taking any ID or documentation, led us to a room that was not what we had booked (it was a double but we had booked a twin). It became clear that we would have no choice but to accept the wrong room for the first night and change to the correct room the next day. The hotel owner apologised and provided complimentary food and wine by way of compensation. The 'wrong' room had no towels, no toilet paper, no handle on the bathroom door and the balcony doors failed to close properly. We were moved to the correct room the following day and enjoyed the rest of the week at the hotel. The beds were really comfy, friendly staff, relaxing pool area, great food at the terrace restaurant with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. Well positioned for a short walk into town and the private beach is really unique - there is no sand, so the sea comes right up to the edge where there are steps down into the turquoise water, fabulous.

Room was too small, dirty breakfast ingredients and bad staff in restaurant. Location is central and well located in Kas center. In overall I would not recommend.

Das Personal vom Hotel sowie vom Beach des Hotels ist höflich & hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage, mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht, jedoch bedarf es einer Renovierung, das Treppenhaus ist sehr dunkel und die Zimmer sind was die Sauberkeit betrifft Verbesserungswürdig.
