NEVER AGAIN
Pros:

Honestly, nothing. It "looked" nice, until the morning came.

Cons:

We found one roach in the night stand drawer on Friday night. Killed it. Fine. The next morning when we woke up and turned on the lights, we counted up to NINE roaches of different sizes crawling around in different places! There was a baby bottle under our bed and fungus growing behind the bed on the carpet! We were supposed to be there for the whole weekend. We checked out on Saturday and left a complaint with the front desk as to what was happening. I went through Booking.com for the room so I went back through them to file the complaint, as instructed. They reached out to the hotel and got no response. "I" have reached out to the hotel and am getting NO RESPONSE!! I requested a full refund, but even one night would be fine since we didnt stay the 2nd night. AND we checked out early enough that they could've rerented the room out again! I will never stay here again! At least not for years to come! The hotel could've made this right, but I guess is "too busy" for quality control. One picture below is of a roach AFTER I smacked it and it landed on the other wall! We left it to see if the cleaning crew would even see it!

The room looked nice coming in, but then all that happened. And the beds are terribly uncomfortable. We chose not to partake in breakfast because if the bedroom has roaches, I assume the kitchen does too!

Bring your own coffee; don't expect a good shower and overall you'll be happy with your stay.
Pros:

beds were nice and comfortable, linens and towels were clean and well presented. Staff was friendly, property is overall niceish but dark brown colors seem dated. Lighter colored walls and brighter "white" lighting would not be too expensive and would super help update the interior space.

Cons:

Bathroom tile had some black mold, worst of all there was almost no water coming out of the showerhead - miserable trying to shower. The coffee and yogurt machines in the breakfast area were weird and instant coffee machine was yuck! Two must haves for a hotel, decent shower and good hot coffee in the morning. I hope these can be improved. Get some regular coffee carafes in the lobby for morning coffee. Get rid of those awful showerheads. I can't imagine what it was like on the 3rd floor - the first floor water pressure was awful.

Pros:

The location of the property plus the price for a one night stay

Cons:

The hotel room was located on the third floor, however, when you step off the elevator, you can’t help but get this horrible smell in the hallway throughout the corner
As for the room itself, it was clean, however a totally different smell to the entire room, a stale and pungent odor, also have a problem with the entry of the door to the hotel room. It took me four tries back-and-forth up and down to the attendant in the lobby to get me into my room for the evening or should I say the night which is almost 11 PM., other than that I guess you could say they was good if you wanna call it good.

I will be back!
Pros:

The king room was large, clean and comfortable. The room was situated in a perfect spot to the side door and our car
For ease of access. The property is located next to a water park and the convention center. There was a drone show at the convention center on the 5th attracting hundreds of spectators around the property.
