Nice spot in San Felipe. Quick cheap bus to Centro. Surprisingly good restaurant. Very clean. Nice grounds. The bathroom a little dated. The pool was closed for repairs. Towels old and in need of replacement. Mostly a very good value and a good location if you want to be in that part of the city.
Overall a decent hotel, clean rooms and relatively quiet atmosphere. However, I was very disappointed with the service from the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and booked my accommodation thru Hotels.com, specifically selecting the only available “pet friendly” room. The reservation stated that ALL taxes and fees were included in the final price.
Upon checkout, the hotel charged me $1,200 in “pet fees” which I found to be very misleading. If there were additional fees those should have been made clear up front, prior to me booking and paying for a non-refundable reservation. Secondly, the hotel should have informed me of this at check in, not at checkout after I had stayed there for three nights. Finally, the hotel manager could have waived this fee based on the circumstances and the fact it was not disclosed up front, but they refused to do so.
I would not recommend this hotel to those traveling with pets, very disappointing experience.

Nice looking property in what looked to be an interesting part of Oaxaca. Room was spacious, clean and complex was the same. Bed was too hard for me, but I realize many like that. I will stay there tambien!

Me he hospedado 2 veces en este hotel y la primera vez no alcance estacionamiento. Por lo que considero le hace falta unos cajones mas de estacionamiento.
We only stayed one night, but the property was clean and beautiful. It had off street parking and was pet friendly. Would stay again!
