Horrible, endroit à fuir

Nous n’avons rien aimé

Cons:

L’accueil était froid et l’endroit sentait très mauvais, on nous a attribué une première chambre qui s’est avérée avoir été occupée récemment mais pas nettoyée, les meubles cassés, des bouteilles vides,… nous sommes donc redescendues à l’accueil où on nous a donné une seconde chambre dont la propreté laissait fortement à désirer (photos à l’appui), nous sommes descendues une seconde fois à l’accueil pour demander des gants et des produits pour nettoyer nous même, on nous a finalement donné une troisième chambre. Et enfin eu des excuses du monsieur de l’accueil. Ensuite il y a eu de la musique très forte, des gens qui criaient, bref un grand sentiment d’insécurité. Nous avons fini par décider de quitter cet établissement et de chercher un autre hôtel.

This place is horrible

It was close to stores

Cons:

The place was dirty, trash cans overflowing, never once did house keeping change the linen, they only came and checked on me once, I asked for trash bags and was told to use my Walmart bags. I asked for towels after 3 days and was given 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people. There was no kitchen accessories. The fridge was missing shelves. Floors on the 2nd floor hallway had holes in them. Only one stove outlet worked, the microwave plate was too big and the security matches were not there.

Every bad thing you’d expect from a cheap hotel.
Pros:

A bed is a bed. Location wasn’t bad. A/C was actually great.

Cons:

Showed up and the guy at the counter said my card didn’t go through and made us pay again…yet i was charged on the original card as well. The hallways and my room smelled weird. The toilets didn’t flush well and even got clogged. The room had roaches and bugs crawling all in the bathroom and living area floor. There were stains on the bed sheets and on the floor near the dresser. The top left drawer of the dresser was broken. There were 4 of us, so a group of 2 had one key and the other 2 had the other key..well the guy up front didn’t let the other two come up with their key because neither of their names were the name on the hotel room. I understand a lot of people want a cheap place to stay, but this place is not worth it. Was wishing I didn’t go cheap when i was sitting in the room. Let’s see how long it takes to get the refund now.
