Just fantastic.
Pros:

The room was large, super clean, Comfortable with 2 armchairs and kitchenette, great bed. and the rate was extremely reasonable. I was on a 3 month cross-country road trip, staying in a different place almost every night and this room was the best and the second cheapest I stayed in. Just a great value.

Good price, fake kitchenette.

Friendly helpful staff, good ice maker, full fridge, park at the room, toaster, and especially the price.

Cons:

There was a rod for hanging clothes though no hangers. Advertised as a full kitchenette yet all cupboards and drawers were completely empty - no utensils, plates, cooking pots or pans, etc. Bring your own? Non-smoking room had slight smoke odor (was too tired to change rooms). Coffee pot needed to have the flask held up against the reservoir to drain, otherwise would have filled up and spilled over. The sealed paper cups had a slight chemical smell, so had to use my own cup. No 'do not disturb' sign. A really small microwave - since no pots or pans, I had popcorn for dinner, and yet even it didn't fit in the small microwave. No shelf or drainboard at all in the bathroom. It made me wonder also, that since there seemed to be a lot of lower-class guests, several smoking outside their rooms for example, with their back to the doors, maybe anything not fastened down (such as plates, pans, microwave, etc.) would be stolen anyway?

GREAT value - wonderful and roomy accommodations.
Pros:

While it is an extended stay rather than a hotel - the end result and staff were so exceptional it made it WAY MORE than expected and was better than hotels in the area. They do inform you that there is not a daily room cleaning, but they are available and you can have things exchanged at any time.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I did not like - It is maybe not in the best area but it is kind of isolated and in a private area so you really wouldn't know it until you drive around. Not a bad area....just not the same as a 5-star resort....which I was MORE than thrilled with for the price.

Incredible - I will stay here each time I come to Lubbock from now on!
Pros:

To begin with, the lady at the front desk was beyond AWESOME, very helpful AND actually read the request ahead of time and went out of her way to grant that and way more. I could not be happier!

Cons:

The location wasn't the best, but it MORE than made up for that with the room and service. I WILL be staying there again.
