las vistas y ubicacion

Cons:

las instalaciones son muy viejas, estan descuidadas y no tan limpias, siento que para la ubicacion del hotel, deberian tener mas cuidado en las instalciones del lugar y su mantenimiento, se siente como perdido en el tiempo

Buena habitación, sin embargo mal vendida por el cupo que se inventaron.

Cons:

El tema de tener la restricción de 3 adultos y un menor de 12 años, les hace perder muchas ventas, el común denominador en cualquier hotel con 2 camas matrimoniales son de 4: adultos y un menor en un catre, y no renta otra habitación está totalmente fuera de contexto. No tuvimos Karaoke el sábado por la noche, lo que pasó no se?, el surtido de diferentes tipos de alcohol en el bar está muy pauperrima, no tienes mezcal decente para poder paladear con un chaser de agua mineral, te solicitamos que incluyas el 400 conejos joven, montelobos joven y ojo de tigres joven ya que son mezcales comerciales a un excelente precio. El otro tema es el mal trato de la gente de xochicalite, muy mala atención al cliente, la música en el área de la alberca no tenían y cuando la pedimos pusieron puros correos tumbados el viernes y el sábado no había alguien que lo adminitrara
