No me gustó la recepción deja mucho que desear,la habitación son muy básicas el estacionamiento cuando tienen evento no tienes lugar cerca de tu habitación y le tienes que buscar.

Las toallas viejas, pagamos por 3 personas y no nos querían dar una tercer toalla, las que nos dieron estaban manchadas, en la habitación no había agua lo sufientemente caliente para bañarse.

La entrada de la Habitación estaba sucia, la habitación olía muy mal. Mi esposa no pudo dormir esa noche xq pasó toda la noche con mucha picazón. Yo reservé 3 noches y solo estuve una , decidí irme x lo incómodos q nos sentimos, no pudimos dormir nada x el mal olor y la picazón.

Agradeble estancia en dias de temporada alta escapando de la ciudad (con algunos detalles).
Pros:

Mi estancia fue en pareja. Es un lugar con belleza natural incomparable. Otro clima mas fresco que en la ciudad. En un buen plan para salir de la ciudad sin ir lejos que nos gustó para los dias mayores de semana santa. La alberca, bien, aunque el agua estaba muy fria. Convivencia con la naturaleza y fauna. Incluso vimos un oso. Buen esfuerzo para programar actividades como meditación, grupo norteño, "cine" etc. Mas pros que contras, pero...

Cons:

Desde el camino para llegar a la meseta, como las instalaciones del hotel, necesitan mantenimiento. Se entiende que quieran sacar dinero invirtiendo lo menos posible pero, urge atender la carretera de llegada y detalles de habitación. El wc tiraba agua, faltaba una mesa y un poco mas de limpieza en el lugar. La atención de los meseros regular según quien te tocaba. Precio de los alimentos caros en snack, restaurante y bar. Olvidaron ponerle sal a los chilaquiles. En fin. La mayoría del personal hace lo que puede. Sin embargo, alguna vez si volvería al hotel Chipinque, tomando algunas previsiones.
