A second visit to compare and it was all lovely !
As an architectural designer , I loved to see how all the unique buildings were integrated into the natural environment, and how well maintained it seemed to be …👍 The view over the city , especially on the clear night , was stunning !!🤩

LOS OSOS ROMPEN LA PUERTA PARA ENTRAR AL INTERIOR DEL ALOJAMIENTO

Las vistas, el personal es muy amable y atento

Cons:

Las cabañas no tienen suficientes protecciones para evitar que la fauna silvestre ingrese a su interior, nos tocó que un oso adulto rompió la puerta de madera para entrar a la cocina mientras estábamos dormidos. Afortunadamente el personal atendió el incidente de manera oportuna y no trascendió a mayores, pero el riesgo de que ocurra una tragedia es latente.

Pros:

La ubicacion maravillosa, y sus vistas....la noche de karaoke muy buena la dj, superanimada.

Cons:

La llave del lavado no service el agua fria
La regadera no tenia jabonera o repisa
Las canchas de tenis las anuncian y no sirven
El sillón estaba deforme
La mesa de hockey estaba fuera de servicio

Pros:

The hotel is pretty big, the staffs are very nice and helpful. There were no hot water in the shower so we called the front desk and they sent help immediately. And the night view there is amazing as well.

We kinda expected more because of the price but overall it's nice.
