Ogromny obiekt. Brakuje kameralności i atmosfery. Pracownicy nie przeszkoleni. Bardzo widoczne na sali restauracyjnej i w barze. Dostępność win ograniczona.

Podczas podróży służbowej ważne są pewne standardy. Hotel Ossa jest zdecydowanie ponad nimi. Chciałoby się zostać na dłużej!

Wszystko super, Panie pracujące w strefie SPA przesympatyczne:)

Ein sehr großes Hotel, wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Bei guten Wetter kann man toll Zeit draußen verbringen (Fussballplatz, Spielplatz, Sitzecken am Wasser, weitläufig, sehr grün, viel Natur, für jeden was dabei). Bei schlechten Wetter ist Sauna, Schwimmbad, Spa Bereich nur zu emphelen. Sonst noch Restaurants, Bars und ein Club (am WE Disco).
Ein hervoragendes Frühstückbuffet, auch mit regionallen Spezialitäten, einfach super.
Portionen in dem "normalen" Restaurant leider eher klein, denoch sehr sehr lecker. Speisen aus dem Kindermenü genauso schmackhaft und keine feritg Produkte, relativ große Portionen.
Personal in den Restaurants und Spa Bereichen sehr freudlich und zuvorkommend.
Rezeptionspersonal bemüht.. sehr nett, aber ein wenig unorganisiert.
Aber das muss Expedia es direkt klären, weil unsere Buchung mit Frühstück ist bei den als ohne Frühstück angekommen. Personal an der Rezeption außer polnisch, spricht englisch. Eine Person sogar deutsch. Was wir auf der Expedia Seite nicht gesehen / gefunden? haben sind die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren. 25 PLN pro Tag. Schon abgesehen von dem Geld, finde ich es vollig übertrieben für ein Parkplatz was nicht mal bewacht wird zu bezahlen. Wo soll ich sonnst parken? Das Hotel liegt praktisch mitten im Wald auf einem seeeehr großen Gründstück mit einem seeehr großen Parkplatz, also Platzmangelfaktor Null. Da fühlt man sich "ein wenig" verar...t.
Zimmeraustatung in Ordnung, leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Reinigungsdamen top

Wszystko na plus. Bardzo udany pobyt, pokoje ok, świetny serwis.

Zum Frühstück gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Ogromny hotel, z przyjazna strefą spa. Niestety mam uwagi odnośnie niekompetencji pracowników recepcji. Dwukrotnie wprowadzili mnie w błąd, odnoście daty zameldowania oraz śniadania w moim pakiecie. Duży minus również za płatny parking na terenie hotelu.

Fantastyczne miejsce, wszystkie usługi na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo polecam.

Nettes Hotel in der Mitte von Nirgendwo. Aber alles in allem sehr zuvorkommend und hübsch.

Bardzo seed I standard ale tanio

Miły hotel, jednak trochę duży i tłoczny, trzeba było się bić o kawę przy śniadaniu, po odejściu od stolika ewentualnie zostawione na chwilę talerze znikały...

Hotel na pierwszy rzut oka wydaje się już wiekowy ale komfort był naprawdę na dobrym poziomie. Bardzo dobra kuchnia podaje wyśmienitego sandacza otrzymałem tez przed daniem rozmaite dodatki kulinarne za free co było bardzo miłe. Obsługa bez zarzutu na wysokim poziomie. Polecam każdemu w podróżach służbowych.

Mimo godziny jedenastej pani nas bardzo miło przyjęła-W najdroższych hotelach każą czekać.
Woda w jaccuzi na basenie i w strefie saunowej bardzo ciepła-w poprzednich latach była zimna.
Podsumowując polecam i na pewno przyjadę jeszcze nie jeden raz. P.s. Przydałoby się jakieś normalne menu typu flaczki, schabowy, de volaille.

Great grounds for jogging or walking

Stay at hotel ossa is very much relaxing. The spa section provides variety of massage and sports bar is awsum for parties. Property is very huge and sounds to be a good option for city noise and pollution

I enjoyed everything, the delightfully hot sauna, lovely small pool, soft bed and great chocolate fondant. I thought the massage was not the best, but it was only 100PLN. It was more like caressing than massaging.
I really loved the veil soup.

Pros: Nice hotel in superb natural surroundings. Clean and in good condition. Good food.
Cons: Poor knowledge of English language. Fitness room is approx. 30sqm and literally offers 4 machines - I expected more from "Spa" hotel...

Not only is it a long walk to the breakfast hall once you arrive one feels lost. The hall easily caters for 1000 /1500 person and is there way too big. There is no feeling of a "cosy corner" the tables are large and for 10 /15 person (no 2 or 4 pers at all. I made me wanting to leave as soon as as all others did.It was my last impression which did not add value why is there not used another smaller breakfast room. When quiet staff (as it was, only 5 guest at any one time) a tea or coffee could be offered. ... Service?
