o quarto individual de luxo tinha duas camas sendo que falei que seria somente eu esperava uma cama solo, o cafe da manha estava bem ruim o cafe e as frutas

O hotel me surpreendeu com um atendimento excelente, instalações antigas, mas tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Aconchegante, quartos espaçosos, ótimo atendimento, com destaque para a grande Edilene, creio que é esse o nome da senhora que estava na recepção na manhã do dia 27/03.

No geral, a experiência foi agradável. Fiquei receosa por conta de alguns comentários negativos, mas, na minha percepção, o hotel oferece um bom custo-benefício. O check-in foi relativamente rápido, a pessoa que me atendeu foi muito gentil. O quarto é simples, porém confortável, com cama boa, ducha com água quente e frigobar com itens básicos. O café da manhã é satisfatório, com variedade. A localização também atende bem, com opções próximas de restaurantes e churrasquinhos. A estrutura do hotel tem aspecto mais antigo e que pode passar por melhorias, mas ao meu ver, nada que afetou a minha experiência. No geral, eu voltaria a me hospedar.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado é mais antigo, embora funcional. Não possui controle remoto para ligar/desligar ou ajustar a temperatura, o que dificultou um pouco no início até localizar como ativá-lo. Ainda assim, atendeu a necessidade.
