Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The aircons was not working in some rooms. The aircin was also not working in the restaurant. The cutlery on the table was not clean.

Pros:

We always love coming to The Palace. It is a perfect getaway. The staff are absolutely pleasant and the views are incredible.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the aircon was not working as it was very hot. We understand that the technicians were not working over the weekend but this problem was active before our occupation of the unit.

We enjoyed our night at your hotel.The receptionists are very friendly,they made us feel at home.
