The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If it weren't for the staff, this facility would have no customers.

Cons:

Holes in curtains, mold from condensation on back of curtains, broken blinds in kitchen, stained duvet cover (which they changed as soon as we told them), old couches that you just sink into (no stability), and was told that we couldn't have a fan because they didn't have enough to accommodate all the units.

Midlands getaway for family birthday
Pros:

Safety for our children was good we knew they were safe. This is a great fear when kids wonder off. They enjoyed horseriding and walks to the stables

Cons:

The pool area could be neater and better maintained with staff on duty. We were there with our children but lots of ppl just send their kids and we cannot tell them what to do your staff can. Also judging from your bookings the shop needs to be updated and well stocked. There's no places nearby to shop so the estate shop needs a revamp.and the shop cannot be a reception...you need to work on this and the reception to your premises
