Waiters or one Waiter can do better next time, especially male one, maybe even being gentle, polite, and smile, instead of thinking we buddies that leave with them somewhere else.

Very disappointed!
Pros:

Great food especially at Polipito restaurant. Friendly staff at restaurant. Great location, beachfront.

Cons:

On Friday it was very noisy with loud music from the Dj hired by the hotel. Besides promises that the event will end by 09h00, it went until 10h30 after several complaints.
The unit was not very clean, we had coacroaches running around. The bed was broken. Poorly maintained building & kids play room.

Great location, with direct beach access.
Pros:

Live entertainment, food at the restaurant was very good.
view from our apartment was great .
excellent parking .
Staff pleasant.
Spa was wonderful according to wife and daughter

Cons:

Possibly More blankets , and some heaters during winter would be great
Maybe a small area to be able to light a fire. The gas fire is great for a braai, but no place to light a fire.

Great stay at superb location
Pros:

Location on the beach is fantastic. Rooms are all sea facing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms have a self catering facility that was great.

Cons:

Being out of season the staff could be a little more attentive, had to go look for waiters once or twice

Pros:

The views of the pool and ocean are awesome especially at night
Really enjoyed the cocktails

Cons:

My room didn't have a kettle or teapot🫣
Some of the bars were closed couldn't get drinks
There corridors are very cold and windy I also suggest changing the aesthetics
(more cosy)

Pros:

Locatie, uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel. Overdag gezellige sfeer, avond snel alles leeg en dicht. Konden om 19.30 al niet meer poolen of darten.

Cons:

Zwembad veelste koud, bubbelbad net zo koud. Oke we zijn er in de winter maar dit is niet te doen.
Appartement mooi qua ruimte, 3 slaapkamers en mega groot terras. De staat viel echter tegen. Badkamer oogt vies, schimmel, ramen sluiten niet meer.

The rooms and views were magnificent. Staff at the restaurants friendly .

Cons:

The place lacked signage to direct guests out of the parking to reception and to the beach access. Also, if you are booking your stay with breakfast included, it would have been nice if the reception staff informed you during check-in,where breakfast would be served and that the breakfast had a limit of R130 .
