The place is beautiful, with stunning beach views.
Pros:

The property is ideally located next to the beach, offering easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Whether you're looking for convenience, relaxation, or a vibrant coastal lifestyle, this location provides it all.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Madala from reception and a lovely lady who prepared our room (Room 114) during our stay from 27 to 30 June. Their service was outstanding — they truly know how to make guests feel at home. Much love to them.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we experienced issues connecting to the Wi-Fi during our stay, which was quite inconvenient for us. Reliable internet access is important, and we hope this can be improved for future guests.

Pros:

Place was clean. The air-conditioning, fridge, stove and everything else was in a perfect working condition. Free wifi. It's close to the shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay in room 55.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that we had to check out. I wish we could stay longer next time

Lovely view but disappointing otherwise
Pros:

That it was conveniently situated to the venue that was hosting our party's wedding.The view of the ocean was beautiful.

Cons:

We were 3 adults and on arrival, there was 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and no bedding for the 3rd bed (a sleeper couch in the lounge). We waited an hour for additional towels & bedding to be delivered. The manageress was friendly enough, but viewed our request as a complaint. The cleanliness was sadly not up to par.
The main bed was comfy enough, but the sleeper couch needed a pillow under the back, the upper section is very hard and has a ridge that digs into the shoulders.
On a positive note, there were many appliances, kettle, iron, stove, ironing board & sufficient crockery & cutlery.
There are lifts, which was great and a dedicated parking bay in the basement.

Pros:

We booked 3 nights
But I was disappointed cause they never cleaned our room for 3 nights.

When we go to the Reception we were told we must contact Booking.com to assist us.
It was like we don't belong to them,we belong to Booking.com

Cons:

On their entrance it was not clean on the stoep outside.
It was value for money
