Excelente estilo artesanal colonial y moderno... Una terraza con excelente vista de Taxco... Buena comida y muy buena atención del restaurante

Somos personas de la tercera edad y las escaleras son largas e incómodas... Ni había personal de ayuda a nuestra llegada y nos fue muy difícil bajar las maletas

El agua caliente sale en fase, te bañas con agua fria y caliente . Ademas, el baño se innunda con el agua de la regadera. No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida tiene muchos escalones

El hotel esta bonito

Cons:

El personal es super grosero, no resuelven nada, la habitación no tenía micro, te cerraban la puerta de la entrada con candado y t hacían caras pa estar abriendo, horrible, jamás regreso ahí, además carísimo.. No respetaban el horario de la alberca
