Comodidad excelente vista
La piscina no cuenta con camastros para asolearse y el agua está sin calefacción , el personal no da opciones , simplemente es parco y no soluciona , es demasiado el precio por lo que ofrece , el restaurante presumen de reconocimientos , pero la verdad es una cocina muy normal nada espectacular, el primer día pedimos una pasta y estaba sin sabor , al día siguiente el desayuno que te ofrece la habitación es muy limitado un plato con sandías y mango no listo para servir , pan blanco tostado muy frío , pedimos a la carta otro platillo y digamos que fue aceptable .
Que no tiene camastros para poder pasar un rato en la alberca ademas que no tiene calefacciones no el jacuzzi lo prenden . el precio de los casi $1,800 por noche no es lo que uno espera el agua de la regadera no sale cliente y si sale dura 2 min y es un tema poder templar el agua para bañarte , las ventanas que dan a la vista de la ciudad , estan flojas y en la noche que estuvimos hubo mucho viento , y hacían un ruido porque el aire las mueve y suenan, no dejan dormir

Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen: es besteht aus 2 Scheiben Toastbrot, 1x Butter, 1x Marmelade, American-Cafe. Das Frühstück ist lächerlich - darauf kann man gut und gerne verzichten.
Sehr gute Betten. Ein kleiner einladender Balkon mit Tisch und:2 Sessel!!! Ausreichend Platz und Abstellflächen..Sauber Pool
Das inkludierte Frühstück haben wir am zweiten Tag abgelehnt. (2 Stück kalter Toast mit Butter und Marmelade, schwer trinkbarer Kaffee und ein paar (abgezählte) Früchte. Besser woanders hingehen.
La ubicación y la vista.

La propiedad está bien ubicada, tiene muy bonitas vistas, buena atención por parte del personal e instalaciones muy lindas además de su restaurante, delicioso
El agua caliente, salía muy poca y a la alberca le hace falta climatización
Las instalaciones son hermosas y la ubicación muy buena
Pagamos por la suite real con tina de hidromasaje, sin embargo, la experiencia no correspondió a lo ofrecido. La tina no pudo utilizarse porque el tapón proporcionado no era el adecuado. Solicitamos apoyo y acudió el personal de mantenimiento, pero informaron que no contaban con el tapón correcto, por lo que fue imposible usarla.
Además, la habitación no contaba con televisión por cable, a pesar de que este servicio estaba especificado dentro de las características de la suite.
En conclusión, los principales diferenciadores por los que se paga un costo mayor no funcionaban, por lo que la experiencia fue equivalente a la de una habitación estándar, sin justificar el precio de la suite.

It is a cute hotel and at the good location. Food at the restaurant was excellent.
Well…. First, we were supposed to have a 2-bed room but it was with one bed since they had to accommodate a school field trip that stayed in the hotel. 20 something teenagers screaming at the boutique hotel’s pool... You can only imagine! We asked to move our room away from them which they did but it got worse. It was like they were moving furniture in the room above until 1am. Singing, loud music, moving chairs. We called the admin for some security around 11pm.. did not help. We suffered through the chaos and when we brought it up with the hotel again in the morning she just argued back to us and at the end Booking gave us a $10 credit. Thanks- that’s helpful for a sleepless night.
Also internet is extremely bad and none of the TVs in both rooms worked… very disappointed ☹️
