Pros:

El hotel esta bonito

Cons:

El personal es super grosero, no resuelven nada, la habitación no tenía micro, te cerraban la puerta de la entrada con candado y t hacían caras pa estar abriendo, horrible, jamás regreso ahí, además carísimo.. No respetaban el horario de la alberca

un hotel con buen servicio y ubicación
Pros:

excelente ubicación, restaurante tambien muy bien, muy rico su desayuno, no llegue a la comida, no pude utilizar la piscina, y quizá no la hubiera utilizado, no me gusta el agua fria.

Muy bonito hotel!
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito. Cada rincón está adornado. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación era muy amplia. Estaba muy cerca del centro y todo se hace caminando. La vista es espectacular.

Cons:

No se puede mejorar por que Taxco es así, pero si viajas con adultos mayores puede ser incomodo para ellos tantas escaleras (en el hotel bajas y subes varias escaleras). La habitación tiene mucha luz por lo que temprano ya esta iluminada. Y el agua al bañarse sale sin potencia, es más las llaves estaban flojas.

Loved the hotel, disliked the Restaurant.
Pros:

The location and the view were amazing. Sleep with the windows open to take in the breathtaking night views.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the Restaurant at the hotel, they keep serving us in glass ware with chips, that even cut my upper lip when I was having my coffee on 7-7-26, I reported the issue to the server and they didn't even flinch. They didn't even replace my coffee mug or offer me additional coffee in another cup. They simply took my coffee mug away.

El peor hotel de booking en el que he estado, incluso de los airbnb

Mi cuarto era muy pequeño y supuestamente lo habían mejorado.
La regadera no servía, solo salía agua muy caliente.
No tuve Internet de mi propio teléfono y mucho menos del hotel. Me recomendaban acercarme unos pisos arriba, cerca de habitaciones de otros huéspedes.
Lo peor, salí de compras por la tarde y el cama de sábanas blancas, había 2 cucarachas.
