Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo, la central de autobuses a dos calles para ir a destinos turísticos, el zócalo y centro, así como el tianguis de la plata.

Pros:

Tiene una excelente ubicación, habitación muy comoda y el restaurante muy bueno.

Cons:

Sin servicio de internet y la salida del agua de la regadera muy deficiente, falta sellado en la canceleria.

La ubicación y si vas en semana santa puedes ver las procesiones.

Cons:

Por la infraestructura de Taxco, el hotel cuenta con muchas escaleras. No tiene elevador para las personas adultas pero es un hotel muy bonito.

Call before you go to make sure you get the room your reserved.

The restaurant is nice.

Cons:

We reserved and paid for two separate rooms with air conditioning. When we arrived around 7pm, they put us in a 2 bedroom suite without air conditioning. When we explained that we normally stay at a different hotel in Taxco and the whole reason we chose their hotel this time was for the air conditioning, they said it was too bad, our rooms were already taken. They gave us one fan for each bedroom. the fans did not work. We told them the fans did not work when we left for dinner. they said we would get new fans. When we returned, no new fans. At midnight, they located one more fan. Also, we chose the hotel because of the parking. But when we arrived, it was the night of the easter procession. they messaged us that day to find out what time we arrive. They never told us that all the streets are closed. When we finally found a place to park on our own, we hiked up several steep hills to get to them. there is no way we could hav brought our luggage. if you've been to to Taxco, you know what i mean. they never told us that we would not be able to park or have our luggage. They had no way of helping us get our luggage. so we had to go the first night without any luggage and we slept in our clothes from the day. in the morning, there wasn't anyone to help with our luggage. No offer to call a taxi to help us. If we were handicapped, we would not have been able to make it to the hotel at all. Every year, the celebration happens, yet it was like they were surprised about what to do and had no plan.

Pros:

El restaurante del hotel es de los más ricos en todo Taxco. Aunque no lo indicaba la reserva, me sorprendió que mi habitación incluyera el desayuno para los cuatro.
El personal es súper súper atento y tanto las habitaciones como las vistas están muy bonitas. Las camas nos parecieron bastante acogedoras.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

No debería de tener el "Boutique" porque no tiene nada de exclusivo .
Pros:

La piscina no cuenta con camastros para asolearse y el agua está sin calefacción , el personal no da opciones , simplemente es parco y no soluciona , es demasiado el precio por lo que ofrece , el restaurante presumen de reconocimientos , pero la verdad es una cocina muy normal nada espectacular, el primer día pedimos una pasta y estaba sin sabor , al día siguiente el desayuno que te ofrece la habitación es muy limitado un plato con sandías y mango no listo para servir , pan blanco tostado muy frío , pedimos a la carta otro platillo y digamos que fue aceptable .

Cons:

Que no tiene camastros para poder pasar un rato en la alberca ademas que no tiene calefacciones no el jacuzzi lo prenden . el precio de los casi $1,800 por noche no es lo que uno espera el agua de la regadera no sale cliente y si sale dura 2 min y es un tema poder templar el agua para bañarte , las ventanas que dan a la vista de la ciudad , estan flojas y en la noche que estuvimos hubo mucho viento , y hacían un ruido porque el aire las mueve y suenan, no dejan dormir

Sehr nettes Hotel, zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Toller Ausblick, tolle Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Warmwasser dauert bis es kommt.
Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen: es besteht aus 2 Scheiben Toastbrot, 1x Butter, 1x Marmelade, American-Cafe. Das Frühstück ist lächerlich - darauf kann man gut und gerne verzichten.

Sehr gute Betten. Ein kleiner einladender Balkon mit Tisch und:2 Sessel!!! Ausreichend Platz und Abstellflächen..Sauber Pool

Cons:

Das inkludierte Frühstück haben wir am zweiten Tag abgelehnt. (2 Stück kalter Toast mit Butter und Marmelade, schwer trinkbarer Kaffee und ein paar (abgezählte) Früchte. Besser woanders hingehen.
