Разочарован качеством сервиса и состоянием номера: на жалобы не реагируют, а плохая изоляция окон и шум ремонта делают п

Отель имеет неплохое расположение в Денизли, но, к сожалению, плюсы были перечеркнуты качеством обслуживания и состоянием номера.

Cons:

1. Шум от ремонта: В соседнем номере или где-то рядом на этаже велись ремонтные работы, что мешало отдыху.

2. Проблемы в ванной: Вода в душе уходила очень плохо.

3. Неисправная техника: Телевизор работал с перебоями и плохо показывал.

4. Отсутствие реакции персонала: Мы сообщили о проблемах на ресепшен, но за все время к нам так никто и не подошел и ничего не исправил.

5. Плохая изоляция окон: В день отъезда был ветер, и из-за низкого качества оконных рам в комнате стоял сильный гул и шум.

Твердая оценка данному отелю - 3 звезды. Не рекоменду для семейного проживания. Никаких удобств для детей нет
Pros:

У входа в отель нас тут же встретил молодой человек, который сразу помог нам с чемоданами и с парковкой. На ресепшене тоже стоят очень вежливые люди, знающие свое дело.

Cons:

Абсолютно ужасный сигнал Wi-Fi.
Очень маленький выбор еды на завтрак.

Temiz, rahat ve güleryüzlü bir hizmet
Pros:

Akşam yola devam etmemek için bir gece Denizlide kalmaya karar verdik. Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar da ilgili ve kibardı.
Havuz başında After party olduğu için yol tarafına bakan oda tercih ettik, hiç müzik ses gelmiyordu. Trafik seside pek rahatsız etmedi. Odalarda klimalar mevcut hava sıcak olduğu için biz klima açık uyumak durumunda kaldık bir sıkıntı yoktu.
Bizim aldığımız odaya kahvaltı dahil değildi, extra kahvaltı kişi başı 1,500 civarıydı sanırım biz tercih etmedik.

직웢 친철했자. 스위트룸에 머물렀다.ㅡ넓고 편안한침대 좋았다. 조명이 불편했다 스위치 위치와ㅡ화장실 조명이 방의 거울조명과 연결되어 화장실을 갈 때마다 방에도 불이 들어온다. 스위트룸이지만 시설은 엉망이다. 스위트룸 비용을 지불했으나 스윗하지 않았자.

Wenn das Parkplatz problem gelöst wird, jederzeit wieder.scheint aber schwierig zu werden, da alles Verbaut ist

War sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Kein Empfang bei der Ankunft mit dem Auto,
kein Parkplatz, musste eine Strasse weiter selber was finden und leider kein Duschkopf vorhanden. Nur Regendusche und das mit sehr wenig Wasser. Zimmer Nr. 202.

Pros:

Заселились ночью. Администратор максимально быстро и профессионально всё зарегистрировал. Очень хороший специалист. Номера просторные, идеально чистые. Топовый вариант!!!

Pros:

Digne d'un 4 étoiles, le personnel est très accueillant et au petit service. L'hôtel et les chambres propres.

Cons:

Le prix, le prix est réduit si on passe par booking mais pas sur place est limite 2fois le double de booking.
