bon hotel tant pour les voyageurs solo qu'en famille ou qu'entre amis
Pros:

l'hotel est bien entretenu.
Le personnel est gentil serviable
la chambre est bien agencé
à 06h aller à l'onsen et voir le volcan c'est d'un calme reposant et d'une force franchement rien que pour ça il faut y passer une nuit.

Cons:

que la machine du lavomatic ne prenne que des pièces de 100 yens.

Outstanding views and customer service!
Pros:

The views of Sakurajima from the 13th floor Onsen and from the bedrooms are exceptional. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - outstanding customer service. There are nice waterfront walking paths that would be great to jog around in the early morning before it gets too hot.

Cons:

It is really far from the airport, which we didn’t expect as we were originally arriving by ferry when we booked the hotel. It’s a 55 minute taxi or 1 hour 15 on the bus (two separate busses). It’s also pretty far from any major attractions. Sengan-en is 55 minutes by bus but only 15 minutes to drive. We took a taxi to Shiroyama Park (15 minutes, Y20,000) and also to Amu plaza for the Ferris wheel (about the same). Easy enough to get around but just be mindful you will need to travel at least 15 minutes and pay for the taxi or a bus.

バイキング形式での食事でしたが　味付けが私たちには濃いめでした　残さず食べたかったですが器の角に少し残しました

Not 4-star quality but passable
Pros:

Location is decent, but it still takes a long time to get to the main attractions, staff are friendly.

Cons:

Bathrooms are honestly horrible for a four-star hotel; the rooms look ancient, the view in the photos is cropped (the true view includes pachinko parlours that have club lights), the smell in the hotel is horrible, and the shuttle bus is, at most times, inconvenient to wait for. One of the lights in our room didn't work, and the bathroom did not have any ventilation whatsoever. Overall, for the price tag we expected much better.

Beautiful view of Sakurajima
Pros:

The view from our room and the onsen was amazing. You could feel that the staff really cared about their hotel. The hospitality was good and it was clean.

Cons:

The hotel is old and it shows. The comfort could be improved and it felt a bit pricey for the overall value.

Un bon séjour all inclusive
Pros:

La vue sur le volcan, le buffet du petit déjeuner, le onsen avec vue, le personnel présent et accueillant. C'était un vrai moment de repos. La literie au top et l' insonorisation au top aussi. Je serais bien restée plus longtemps !

Cons:

Y a beaucoup de monde dans la bâtiment et ça se ressent pendant les petits déjeuners ( un peu d'attente)
