スタッフの方々がとても感じが良かった。

Cons:

ホテル自体は良かったのですが、桜島ビュー高層階のはずが、雨天のため目の前の娯楽施設のネオンの方が目立っていたのが、とても残念でした。

Pros:

スタッフの気遣いが世界一ではないかと感じた。受付のスタッフ以外に多数のスタッフがエントランスや各箇所にいらっしゃって何かあれば1秒で駆けつけてくれました。ホテルの周りにショッピングや食事ができるところが多く、13回には桜島を眺める温泉が有って素晴らしかった。ビュッフェの朝食も最高においしかった。

Cons:

まったくないですね。
すべてが良かった。町の中心部へ出かける際にシャトルバスが有ったら時間が限られています。他の交通手段はバスかタクシー。バスの運行頻度は少なめです。

Pros:

景色が綺麗なのと浴場から見える桜島。また、接客していただいた係の人の応対がすごく良かったです。

Cons:

駅から遠い点ですね。公共交通機関など利用は必須かもしれません。
