Clean room and staff were nice. The room was a little hot and stuffy despite the room being set to 18C with a high fan. Otherwise, it was a great stay and what I expcted from a CitizenM location.

Great little hotel. Modern and easy walking distance to Borough Market. Shops nearby. Room was small, but that’s just London for yah- it had everything that we needed. Cool tech in the room with great blackout curtains that were perfect for tackling jet lag!

Elevator was scary and only one working. Shower had a leak above shower head.
Drawer under bed was great for storage. Walking to Borough market was great.

Everything was perfect except a set of my earphones went missing from my room- they were removed from my bedside table/ I do not remove from the room and have repacked to look everywhere- no sightings. I have reported this incident to staff who checked but did not offer compensation.

Pros:

We walked to the subway every day. There are a lot of restaurants along the way. Rental bikes are also available just outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice, with an above average selection of items.

The staff was very helpful dealing with our delayed luggage, and providing directions and recommendations.

The room is a cramped box in a low budget hostel masquerading as a modern, chic hotel. They're getting by on vibes and advertising, and I won't be falling for it again. I was so irritated by the low quality stay, I actually left after the first night (booked for two) to book a stay at a nearby hotel.

All ways great apart from the mattress which seemed to have a bit of a dent where people sit on the edge of the bed. Channel 4 was missing in the tv channels.

Great stay near Borough Market!
Pros:

It was our first time in London and this was a good hotel choice because of the cleanliness and amenities. Upon check in we were able to chose our floor height and room view. Close to Borough Market and London Bridge. Our room was cosy, with a very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of healthy choices and americanos/cappuccinos included. Although we weren’t in the heart of London, we found most of the sites we wanted to visit were walkable.

Stay here!
Pros:

Great location, Easy to get around London from the hotel. Friendly and fun decor. Super clean everywhere. Bed was so comfortable. Nice having auto shades and blinds.
