Hotel needs complete adjustments & staff re-training.

Hotel owner invested in good location & design.

Cons:

Too bad for a hotel owner/investor to have paid so much money & get this finsihing & services.
A/C directly hitting on you in bed, Auto mode not working.
Hot water dissapears after 2 mns during shower.
TV gets disconnected from Wifi after 1 minute (bad brand), many visitors complained of same.
No Coffee, Espresso or Nescafe in entire hotel (room & breakfast area). Payable Costa in the lobby !!!!
Very poor staff service & appearance, costumes look like years' old. Staff smiling but not solving problems.
Elevators make scary noises.
There is an iron but NO iron board! They asked me to iron on a table of 50cm diameter.
No proper chair or enough space to work with a laptop in the room.
No menu for a so called 24-hr room service. You call the reception & wonder what they have.
Very poor quality breakfast. Processed food & drinks, cheapest every !! Lost my appetite & avoided the area.

Finishing quality is so poor,used cheap building materials. Hotel is brand new, but already a lot of things are not working proper. Noise cancellations are 0, it seems there are no windows.

Clean room and bathroom but don’t expect 5 star service
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed and nice bathroom

Cons:
