Late checkin, need to train their staff and wash linens.
Pros:

The location is good as it has a convenience store across the street and had good food late at night when we arrived.

Cons:

We arrived at midnight after a day of driving and couldn't get to out room because the keys didn't work and instead of giving us new keys, they just sent someone to reset the lock, but this person couldn't work out it either, and was watching videos on how to do it. It took a lot of time and we were there just waiting outside the room watching her rewind the video a hundred times.
I think the facilities are old and everything has a smell. When we got into the bed, the linens had a smell of sweat and humidity, it was really disgusting.

Felt like sleeping in a triage OR

Nice staff and location and price

Cons:

The beds were harder than the floor and the room was brighter than the sun. I had to tie socks around my head and lay my clothing on the bed to make it soft and a tiny bit darker so I could do the obvious— sleep. But perhaps this location was designed for something else?

Not worth the money. Was a stay out of necessity
Pros:

The room smelled. Initial price was about $86, but kept $ 50 for incidentals, but there were no incidentals. Could not buy water or snacks or anything, just a legal way to rip off money.

Very bad value for money, but the stay was necessary. I had work in Lake Charles which was a 45 minutes drive but all hotels were fully booked and needed a place for the night.

Cons:

The bad smell of the room.
