Eigentlich gar nicht so schlecht.
Cons:

Einfahrt in die Hotel garage nicht gut zu finden, daher zuerst irrtümlich in öffentliche Garage eingefahren. Bis die Garageneinfahrt geklärt war, war die freie Viertelstunde vorbei und es musste 1 Stunde zu 2,30 € bezahlt werden.

Good budget option to stay in Ljubljana
Pros:

Great location for exploring. Big room and nice breakfast included. Very good price.

Cons:

Coffee was not good at breakfast. Being next to hospital and emergency room was quite noisy. Communications were not very quick when trying to arrange car parking, but this was sorted out.

Other than the unpleasant situation I encountered, everything else was satisfactory.
Cons:

Unacceptable experience on my second night. My key card was deactivated and there was no one at the reception. After calling them, they promised someone would arrive in 15 minutes, but I was left waiting for over an hour until 3:00 AM. In the end, I had to find a solution myself using cards they pointed out over the phone. A complete lack of professional service.

Pros:

Clean, central location, very close (10 minute walk) to the hystorocal city center. Decent breakfast in terms of options, not lavish or outstanding.

Cons:

Location is in a huge building shared with several other entities. Parking spaces are scarce, downstairs in a closed garage (which is good) but cost 18 euros per day, something not that obvious at booking, or maybe I haven't paid enough attention. A total lack of outside furniture, not even a decent ashtray. Breakfast is served in a crouded room full of tables, like in a dining hall on a warship. The hotel is undergoing construction and renovation on one floor and maybe this is a temporary dining location. Not bad overall, like it said, decent and a typical experience for a bed & breakfast, at a reasonable price.
