The overhead shower was out of order and had to make do with a hand held one.

Small nice and modern hotel, situated just 10 min walk from city centre. The room is clean and has moden furniture and style. The staff at reception is very helpful and nice. Good value for money paid.
The parking is strange and small, also difficult to find entrance, had to ask receptionists for help. The hospital is adjusted to the hotel, feels like you are in hospital territory and you always see and hear ambulances. The breakfast doesn't have many options and the food is not cooked but cheap staff bought at the supermarket, coffee is awful.
Located right next to Emergency Department of the main hospital but was really quiet. Very close to bus/train station and easy to walk into the city centre. It was a small basic room but had what you needed, a fridge and a good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to store luggage

Unfortunately the bathroom in our room smelt, but there was no other available rooms to swap us too, so they offered a discount.
They only thing we liked about this hotel is it’s location in the beautiful city of Ljubljana.
A very disappointing stay.
First of all, the room was not clean. There were spider webs on the windows and holes in the bedsheets. Every time we turned on the air conditioning, we felt congested and our throats became very dry. We are still feeling sick a week after our stay.
The hotel entrance is located right next to the hospital’s emergency department, as there is a hospital directly next to the hotel. To enter the hotel, you have to walk past patients and hospital staff, which was very uncomfortable.
The shower was very small, the water pressure was VERY poor, and there was no shower holder, so you had to hold the shower head while showering. It wasn’t properly cleaned as there were human hair stuck on the walls.
The one and only appliance provided besides the TV - fridge - was not working, so we couldn’t buy anything to keep them cold. The reception would close after 9pm until next morning, so there was nobody there if you needed anything. Considering the amount of money spent on this facility, we believe it’s unacceptable to close the dining area after breakfast if you needed some coffee or some water to drink, especially when the fridge in the room was not working.
The breakfast area is located right next to some of the rooms, and we were lucky enough to stay on another floor. We would not have wanted to sleep with everyone having breakfast right outside our door. Not to mention the very limited and poor breakfast options.
The photos provided by the hotel are misleading. They only showcase their suites and not other rooms.
Overall, definitely not worth the money spent, despite having the greatest time in Ljubljana!
It was good value. They had a secure area to store my bicycle in the underground car park.
Dodgy location next to the emergency department of the local hospital. My room had a view of the metal cladding of the multi storey car park. Basic room. No public space in the hotel.
