Superb customer service
Pros:

Customer care really excellent, Tyrah checked us out and equired if we had any issues, we mentioned that the mattress was rather uncomfortable and she apologised profusely and offered rewards points for the inconvenience. She demonstrated a very caring and customer focused attitude, unlike the majority of hotel reception clerks.
The desk clerk who checked us in the previous day was rude and dismissive and Tyrah more than made up for her behaviour and left us walking away as happy customers.
We recommend Tyrah should receive a bonus. 😊

Great 1-Night Stay
Pros:

We only had one night here, but were very happy with it. The staff was very friendly and we could see the maintenance/housekeeping staff constantly keeping up with cleaning the public areas. We were also offered free beer and soup upon check-in.

The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower had very good water pressure. The TV in the room allowed for easy casting. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. You can also easily walk to Walmart from the hotel if needed.

A great stay away from home.

Our receptionist was amazing (her name was Abby), very friendly and super helpful! The location was perfect and the hotel is very modern. Our room was spacious, clean, and up to date (flatscreen, new furniture, great beds, etc). It was pleasantly quiet and relaxed. Very friendly staff. Pool was open, we arrived on a Friday which is outside the days where they serve free dinner and drinks (including alcohol), but this is definitely a plus Monday through Thursday. The atmosphere is great, everything’s up to date. Certainly good value, much better than what you get for a comparable rate at many hotels.

Was a gr8 stay. Bed lil uncomfortable but everything else made up for it.

Staff was awesome. From lady that checked us in, to Manager and even Guy checked us out.

Pros:

Had great service and assistance during our stay at the Best Western Plus in Williston. We found the staff to be very polite and attentive, especially Tyrah at the front desk. When our room’s heat/air condition wasn’t working right, she gladly found us a different room and helped us haul our things. We appreciated the free water, snacks, and soup at night. There was a good spread for breakfast although the food could have been warmer. Will stay here again.
