La posizione è perfetta. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Non si può regolare la temperatura delle camere, la radio non funzionava.

Air conditioning didn’t work at all

Unfortunately, this hotel was only booked as an overnight stay before a flight home from Naples airport. Yet, we were warmly welcomed and treated with great courtesy. All travellers were given assistance to their rooms with special care for those less able. Whether support in getting cases from the coach or with understanding the SIM card door key. Thank you Davide. He alone will bring me back.
Lovely rooms & facilities. We had a great sleep. Lovely breakfast dining room and continental fare with a great range.

Fint hotel lige ved siden af Stadion. Gratis parkering. Gode store værelser med god lydisolering. God stor seng. God morgenmad og tæt på metro. Vandet skulle løbe i 10 min. For at blive koldt.

Room 306 had several serious faults that made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

• The bathroom light only worked if the key card was positioned in a very specific way even after numerous attempts by the staff and ourselves to finally get it to work.
• The main room light could not be switched off due to an electrical fault, leaving us no option but to cut the power from the fuse box in the room as advised by the front desk reception. Moving rooms was not an option as the hotel was fully booked.
• As a result, we were unable to use the air conditioning overnight once the power was off in the room to turn off main room light (which was very bright) making the room unbearably hot and leading to a very poor night’s sleep.
• To access the bathroom at night, I had to use my phone torch to reach the fuse box, which caused the main light to switch back on and disturb my son and husband.
• Being required to operate the fuse box ourselves was not only completely baffling but also potentially dangerous, and certainly not a solution I would expect in a 4-star hotel.

This is not the standard of service I expected, particularly as this stay was booked as a special treat for my son’s upcoming 16th birthday and we had travelled from the UK. Instead of being a comfortable and enjoyable experience, it was stressful and frustrating.
We will not be returning to this hotel ever again!

Worst hotel experience of my life, from someone who has travelled to 23 countries. Before even getting there we took a taxi from Napoli Centrale and got scammed. Taxi meter showed €16 by the time we reached the hotel and he demanded €70. Since the building we’ve just arrived to looks like a post apocalyptic prison we feared for our lives and just paid the €70. His excuse was that this hotel was so far away from Naples that this is the standard pricing, and that he had even given us a discount of €10.. We check in and reach our room and it legit looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since whoever stayed there last. The building felt eerie and I legit felt like something horrible was gonna happen. We spent a total of 10 minutes in the room and went right back downstairs to leave. Tried to get a refund because of the dirty room but they were unable to.. If you are so unlucky to have already made a booking at this hotel, whatever you do please take the train there. It’s a sweaty walk with stairs and uneven pavement but it’ll be the only way to ensure you don’t get scammed. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation

Hotel was well located for the University Federico II where I attended a conference. It is close to Maradona Stadium but otherwise it is somewhat isolated. Easily accessible by public transport and relatively in easy reach of the airport. Restaurants are somewhat mixed fare.
The hotel is excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only slight concern was the food which is in need of some attention. The hotel refers to its restaurant as fine dining but it really isn't.

Come ogni anno mi reco in questo hotel in questo periodo, ed ogni volta non posso che confermare l'eccellenza di questo hotel. Dalla posizione al personale molto qualificato.
L'unica insufficienza l'ho messa nella pulizia per colpa delle tovagliette in plastica forate posizionate sui tavoli sia a colazione che a cena che non vengono mai sostituite e neanche pulite. Sarebbe meglio una semplice tovaglietta in carta usa e getta.

This hotel is terrible. Dirty, unsafe and not the expectation of the reviews. Would not recommend. We only had one night booked but left and went to a different hotel.
