Уборка номеров - символическая, фактически только меняют полотенца . Персонал крайне не гостеприимный.
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля.
Находится в горной «чаше» на территории тихо и практически безветренно.
Очень красивая и ухоженная территория.
Отель видно после косметического ремонта, номера в хорошем состоянии.
Отдельная благодарность гостевой службе. Сотрудница Александра старается максимально вникнуть в проблему и главное! Помочь.
Приятная зона спа, чисто комфортно, действительно очень теплый бассейн.

Cons:

Еда категорически не соответствует 5 звездам.
Т.е. Вы точно не останетесь голодными, ассортимент еды конечно представлен ( пиццы, переваленные макароны и сгоревшая на гриле рыба и мясо птицы.)
К сожалению ( по моим ощущениям) отель подбирает дешевый персонал на кухню , поэтому еда не вкусная, плохо приготовленная.
За 8 дней пребывания ни разу не было морепродуктов ( никаких), красной рыбы , мясных стейков.
Вино из ресторана категорически Не рекомендую! Редкостная отрава.
Кофе из автомата - по качеству, как растворимый.
К счастью есть кофейня( открывается с 10.00) где варят неплохой кофе.
Сладости ( опять та же проблема с персоналом) однообразные, приторно сладкие и не вкусные.
Короче, если вы едите в гастрономический тур- то Вам точно не сюда.
Если насладится природой , ландшафтами и закатами- отличное место.

Cons:

Das kalte Essen, obgleich es hätte warm sein sollen. Der unaufgeräumte Strand. Der Staub unter dem Bett. Die insgesamt sehr laute Lage des Hotels / Zimmers. Das nicht stimmende Abend-Entertainment-Programm. Unser aus dem Hotelzimmer abhanden gekommenes Ladekabel, nach der „Raumsäuberung“.
Der überteuerte und nicht quittierte Taxitransfer zum Hotel und zurück zum Flughafen.
Die überteuerte Taxifahrt hin und zurück nach Kemer, ebenfalls nicht quittiert.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Turkey.

I am a very experienced traveler and have stayed in Turkey many times, but I have never seen anything even remotely close to this level of disappointment. The biggest issue is the food — or rather, the complete lack of anything edible. For eight nights straight, I was basically hungry. The quality is extremely poor, the variety is non-existent, and the whole setup gives the impression that the food is being recycled from other hotels and passed around. It is honestly disgraceful.

The photos and descriptions online are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. What you see advertised is simply not what you get.

The overall condition of the hotel feels neglected and poorly managed. This is not a place for отдых — it feels more like a failed attempt at running a hotel.

I strongly urge people not to stay here. Spend a little more money and choose a proper hotel instead of wasting your time and ruining your trip.

I genuinely hope the owner sees this, because what is happening here is unacceptable. This is not just bad — it’s a complete embarrassment.
