Pros:

We had a wonderful experience with the hotel front desk team. Everyone was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. They were always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. Excellent customer service ms. Varsha and a truly friendly team. We really appreciate their hospitality and would be happy to stay here again!

Gostei do conforto da cama, do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro, da decoração do quarto e das áreas comuns do hotel e da hospitalidade do pessoal da recepção e das camareiras.

Cons:

As refeições eram satisfatórias mas acho que poderiam ter um pouco mais de opções ocidentais no cardápio. Também acho que a cozinha precisa ser um pouquinho mais limpa.

A good option for a shirt stay in Madurai
Pros:

Excellent stay and good breakfast . Very courteous and polite staff . Ac in room309 was not giving sufficient cooling . Varsha from reception guided us for a good darshan in Meenakshi temple and staff kept our luggage for three hours in cloak room after we checked out .

One of the best stays I’ve had in Tamil Nadu! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of the staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel truly welcome.

A special thank you to Varsha at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided outstanding hospitality, making the entire check-in process smooth and ensuring all our needs were taken care of throughout our visit.

I’d also like to thank Mr. Ramachandran, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. He was extremely helpful with our luggage, offered us refreshing drinks, and made a wonderful first impression with his kindness and professionalism.

The excellent service, genuine hospitality, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay at JC Residency Madurai truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madurai, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.
