Solid comfortable quiet helpful staff. Pool and garden were a treat.
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Great bed. Quiet. Helpful desk staff sorted out an auto price problem with driver for us. Loved the pool and calm garden. Indian food excellent.

Cons:

Cater to western travellers choices for breakfast would be good. Perhaps some research into tourists tastes. White bread very poor and coffee could be better. That said if Indian food is taken at breakfast there is no problem, it is generous and tasty.

Hôtel très agréable, vieille Angleterre. Grande chambre bien insonorisée. La belle piscine très propre

Cons:

Rien si ce n est que nous aurions apprécié un bar pour boire un verre dans ce pays où les jus de fruit sont si bons !

Location of hotel is good. Atmosphere is excellent within the hotel. Rooms - Maintenance is excellent. Value for accommodation is good. Cleanliness is also good and comfortable. Service from room boys and reception is really excellent and instant on calls immediately. Amenities provided in the hotel good. Quality of food provided in the restaurant is really excellent in taste and quality is also very good. Butter Cookies provided with coffee or tea are really good and tasty. During our stay we interacted with Arunraj in Restaurant along with his other team members - the services and guidance provided by him and his team are really very good. Finally, thanks to Karthik - Supervisor - who provided tasty cookies from his section of the JC Residency.

We have fantastic experience in JC Residency, especially the staff are extreme good helpful. I am SOOO impressed and mesmerized by Ms Varsha service and gesture. She was beyond expectation, which did a beautiful henna that means a lot to me. This

Hotel de apariencia lujosa pero algo envejecido.

Cons:

Hotel envejecido. Habitacion con vistas a un muro. Restaurante con buffet mediocre. Nada que valga la pena alrededor. Ciudad muy sucia y poco amigable. Las fotos reflejan un hotel mucho mejor de lo que uno realmente encuentra.

Cons:

ma chambre au dessus de la salle a manger et à côté d'une salle de service était assez bruyante. Bruit des rangement à 6 h du matin en plus du bruit des générateurs.
