Beautiful space to stay and amazing cuisine to explore. Starting from the soup and starters to varieties of desserts, this place's buffet gave complete experience to a food lover like me. Must try.

Overall an amazing experience.. customer service here is next level.. staffs were very friendly and accommodative.. special mention to staff name Varsha who assisted with check in, ramachandran who showed us tour, s mala and meenakshi who assisted us during breakfast and Ajiis who assisted us with check out.. it was a smooth journey.. thank you

The Restaurant Manager Arun sir and saranya madam was extremely helpful and attentive. We had the vegetarian options which were delicious as were the desserts!

Excellent support from the hotel and restaurant. They catered to our request to serve buffet dinner for 30, informing a few days before. All guests enjoyed the food. From GM Vinodh, Ramachandran, ArunRaj, Nagarajan, Sudhakar, Zahir, Venugopal all took care of the guests very well.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was absolutely spotless — everything was so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, and you could see the attention to detail in every corner. location of the hotel was central and convenient as we visited the Meenakshi Amman Temple, we had a pleasant experience more so because of the staff as were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Hotel was beautiful with a nice antique vibe. There were lovely wooden decorations all throughout the lobby, floors and on the room, which made for excellent photos.

The staff were superb, especially K.Annam, N. Ajies, Surya Sri, Varsha and Arunrajprabu. All were extremely delightful and wonderful to talk with and made our journey that much more enjoyable.

The hot water could have been hotter but it wasn't too bad, but the location is superb in regards to the Meenakshi Temple. Cleanliness was great on general and bathrooms were very nice too.
