The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away.
The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

This last visit was possibly the 15th time that we have stayed at Buccaneers. It is our "go-to" resort in Antigua. The staff at reception, the cleaners and especially Stanley and Oscar provide a personal touch and always make us feel so welcome. The beach is superb and so well maintained, we have no complaints whatsoever and are looking forward already to our next visit!!
Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the beach and a couple of restaurants
No public transport into town (and taxis were expensive) so we hired bikes so we could explore the island and visit the supermarket.
The hotel was right on the beach. The apartment was very big and I liked the balcony. Everything go was spotless and the grounds were well kept.

Window screens would be nice since we had to get up and kill few mosquitoes.

Clean rooms well kept grounds and only 50 yards from a busy beach (not that you'd know it as it was so quiet) Near to both St John's and the airport (a short taxi ride to both) and reasonably priced. Places to eat within short walking distance and a great place in the evening to watch the sunset.i had a very relaxing stay
Some really minor gripes that did nothing to take away my enjoyment. My controls for the AC stopped working a couple of times. Also please keep the drinks and snacks topped in Reception. Its a good service but only if there's product to buy (As I said minor)
Big apartment, comfortable bed, great shower, all very clean. Lovely gardens and pool. Right on a lovely beach, with sunbeds purely for guests. Would stay again.
Difficult to get anywhere without a car, so limited choice of places to eat, though Starfish Bar and Saltplage Restaurant right next door were both very good. Minimart just round corner very limited.
Nice apartment with balcony and kitchen equipment. Beach is few steps away with beds for guests available all time. Taxi is nearby when needed.
