Proximity to everything, breakfast area view

Cons:

We requested two rooms next to each other with nice view a long time ago and our reauests were not met. Also calling the front desk twice three time at 9pm with no answer. And for a 4 star hotel you should have a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der für uns günstigen Lage gebucht. Fußläufig zum Parkhaus KÖ-Bogen und zum Schauspielhaus. Das Zimmer war klein, aber renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Eine sehr gute Idee ist das "Nachtlicht" im Bad. Das Bett ist nicht überdimensioniert, aber bequem. Es ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Im Flur gibt es eine kleine Garderobe, was nicht immer und überall zu finden ist. Das Frühstück würde ich als durchschnittlich bezeichnen. Der Kaffee schmeckt, die steinharten Eier und der Plastikkäse haben uns weniger gefallen. Aber hier dürfte jeder etwas finden, was ihm schmeckt. Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist beim Check-Out.

Cons:

Der Kleiderschrank ist so ungünstig platziert (direkt neben dem Nachtschränkchen), dass einige Fächer nicht vollständig und eines gar nicht zu öffnen ist. Dabei würde man sie angesichts der bescheidenen Dimension des Schrankes brauchen. WLAN Empfang ist sehr schwach und bricht immer wieder ab - ich frage mich, warum man so etwas mitten in Düsseldorf nicht hinkriegt. Die "Piano-Bar" ist laut Webseite angeblich von 14 bis 23Uhr geöffnet, war aber de facto dunkel und stumm. Wer später noch ein kleines Getränk zu sich nehmen wollte schaute in die Röhre.

Locatie is voortreffelijk.

Cons:

De airco kon niet lager gezet worden, maar bleef warme lucht blazen. De receptionist kon daar ook niet mee helpen.
